Xiamen Villas

I loved this hotel. It is well designed and the staff were very friendly and willing to help. They have a dedicated wechat that you can contact for help during anytime if the day. It was easy to find, not far from the ferry pier and they sent be directions a day before arriving. The hotel was also near to a beach. The breakfast was fully vegetarian and it was absolutely delicious and well presented . The room itself was a little small, and the only issue was the shower was in the middle between the basin and the toilet. However there was an issue with my first room and they upgraded me to a better room. This room was bigger and the shower was bigger and also not in the middle. The room was clean and they provide free drinks . Due to the covid outbreak in Xiamen I was due to stay here six days but only ended up staying 2 nights as I needed to leave Xiamen . The hotel was kind enough to fully refund me the 4 nights I had booked and this was a major plus on their side. On check out they gave me some water while I was waiting and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this hotel .

Hidden away from the city, very close to Zhongshan Road, I also experienced the feeling of walking through an alley as a child. Booked a loft family room, which is especially suitable for families with children. It can be divided or combined, and each has its own independent space without disturbing each other. Quiet, comfortable, convenient, five-star rating!

This hotel is nicely located as the garden right outside of yhe hotel is lovely! It’s close to the beach and easy to find as it’s near the art park which is written on many signs around the island. Service was great! Room was clean and modern and bed was very nice to sleep on-perfect firmness!! ❤️ would highly recommend it as a base on the island. :) it’s also right across one of the terminals.

The room is well-equipped and clean. It has a viewing balcony on the fourth floor with sea view and night view, just opposite Bagua Tower. It is really close to Sanqiutian Pier. It is very beautiful and comfortable to walk along the seaside at night and enjoy the night view. You can dine on the first floor of the store.

Overall it's okay. The room can see the corners of the sea. It's not as hygienic as the hotel, but my room is relatively small, and there are a few rooms that are quite large and bright. The price/performance ratio is not high. If it costs more than 600 a night, it is indeed not as good as a hotel. This 270-degree sea view room is only worth 400~ It is also close to the sea, within walking distance, there are many restaurants around, and it is also convenient to take a taxi.

The staff is very enthusiastic. It is Gulangyu. There are many open-air buildings. ”The boss's daughter” is a doll that is napping on the sofa. You can touch it at will. There is also a group of stray cats in the yard. They like to stay together and you can take pictures at will. The room is clean. I love the smart toilet. I arrived late on the first day. The boss said on the second day that we had enough fun and could arrange afternoon tea at any time when we returned to the store. It was thoughtful. Sit in the yard and have tea and talk. Enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Gulangyu Island.

It was a very happy stay. We were a family of three traveling with my mother. We booked two room types, but they were not on the same floor. When we actually checked in, the boss was very considerate and upgraded the room, which was an unexpected surprise during this trip. It was very convenient for our family to be on the same floor. The environment is as good as the picture, clean and tidy; the room is also very clean, and the facilities and equipment can be seen that the boss is very attentive and careful

This is the first time I have come to Gulangyu to play. The hotel exceeded expectations. I thought that the accommodation on the island would be very expensive and small. I didn't expect that the hotel I stayed in today was a 1923 Republic villa renovation, which was very charming. You can drink tea in the courtyard. The night view on the top floor is very popular at night. The staff in the store are very warm, the service is thoughtful, and will share it with friends around you.

As everyone commented, the service attitude is really good, very thoughtful, and told me how to go after getting off the boat in advance, so that we quickly found the hotel. Because we are a family of three, they arranged things for us in advance. Although the hotel room is not large, it is small but complete, with everything you need. It is the most comfortable hotel among all the hotels I stayed in during this trip to Xiamen. Special praise for the young lady and handsome boy at the front desk, the service is very good, and they are very thoughtful. Because the hotel brings two breakfasts, they also gave one to the children very considerately. If I have the opportunity to go to Gulangyu in the future, I will choose this hotel to stay. I wish the boss's business will get better and better!

Facilities: Very satisfied, the bathtub, faucet, and toilet are all made of ”American Standard” with good texture, very clean and without water stains and dirt. Hygiene: Very clean and impeccable. Environment: Gulangyu is full of beautiful scenery, the wooden ceilings in the rooms and public areas are simple and elegant, and a wood fragrance permeates the heart when entering the corridor. The service is thoughtful and considerate, and the breakfast and afternoon tea gave me a surprise and must be praised 👍🏽.
