Ibis is indeed cleaner than other B&B hotels after making a strategy in advance. Xiamen is really too hot. It is good that you can wash and dry clothes here. In addition, the front desk is very considerate and always greets and entertains you warmly. Before leaving, I went out to play for a while and helped to look after my luggage and sent water. The room is not big, but it is quite comfortable to live in with dry and wet separation. It is just that the tatami room can only charge on one side, which is not very convenient. It feels very convenient to go anywhere from here. Wanda is behind (although there is nothing delicious). It is OK to take a taxi, ride a bike or walk. The distance is not too far. Jimei is my favorite place in Xiamen. I also ate delicious noodles. There are beautiful sea views and small shops. The overall feeling is very good. I will come again next time!

Very close to metro station. Easy to go to popular attractions. Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room is spacious. However, we could smell cigarettes even smoking is not prohibited. We also have plumbing issue for our toilet, but it’s fixed quickly.

When I visit Xiamen I always stay here. They have a great location for sightseeing, restaurants, and bars. The hotel staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pool is nice and has a wonderful view. The beds are nice and comfy.

The service go down! Please teach the staff how to use a suitcase with 2 rolls, they can't use it! Please teach the staff of the restaurant to take the people first who come first and not let them wait! Please teach the staff, when they say : yes, I will take a coffee for you. Also to do it and not let the people wait at the breakfast! One point more, the Paulaner restaurant open at 17:30 and not at 17:00 like you write it in your later. I have to wait 30 min for this!

I stayed here on May 25th. The staff at front desk is really fast and helpful. The view inside the hotel, which is also restaurant for breakfast, is so nice. The food is good. Many local foods around the hotel, very convenient. Very near the airport too.

Had a wonderful stay with my small family at Xiamen Swiss Grand. The check in was very quick and the receptionist was so kind and tried to use English with us even though we can speak Chinese 😍. All their staff were so professional starting from the hotel car boy till the Ayi. Hygiene is so great. Room was very spacious with fantastic sea view. Not to forget the mouthwatering breakfast: OMG so many varieties especially western, we enjoyed the pastries most. All amenities are available here even kids can enjoy 3 hours playing for free, Yuna is the responsibile there and provided great service for the kids. Late checkout too without any disturbance to hurry up like some other hotels do. Price is affordable: you get what you pay for. It's recommended. Thank you Swiss Grand

Perfect layover stay! We had a nine-hour layover in Xiamen and chose this hotel for it. The hotel is less than five minutes from the airport. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful, one member of staff even spoke a little English. The room was very spacious and was even big enough for a stay of several days. The fitness centre was also well equipped. We also took a taxi into town, which took about 25 minutes. There was a free shuttle service from the hotel back to the airport. We couldn't have imagined this short layover any better, the hotel really made it very comfortable for us. We would definitely book there again!

This is my second stay at Hualuxe Xiamen. My entire family loved this hotel, the room is immaculate, the staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. The view is wonderful. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool the most. The food in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor is highly recommended. We will definitely visit again!
