Very good location with mrt entrance just a step away. Mixc mall just opposite with food variety all nearby. Railway station is 1 mrt stop away or around 20mins walking distance.

Staffs were by the road at the time we arrived and they helped us with our luggage to the lobby on the 20th floor. Check in was a breeze for 4 rooms and we were in our rooms within 10 minutes. Rooms are clean and tidy. There’s a mall across the street if you need some shopping. Look forward my next stay with the hotel soon.

Hotel location is good, just outside exit 10 of the Hubing Dong Lu station. There is also options for non-smoking levels. Room is also very spacious. Hotel allows late check out by 2pm, but do note that your room card would not be able to tap in after 12 noon, need to seek assistance from staff.

The hotel is conveniently situated right in front of the MRT station. Across the street, you'll find a large shopping mall, 万象城. The train station is just less than 15 minutes walk away, and there is another Robinson mall nearby, along with plenty of eateries in the area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers a promotion, providing free supper for guests every night. Additionally, they offer complimentary access to washing machines and dryers. The hotel staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel with a subway station right at the entrance. When arriving a security guard immediately helped my elderly mother with her luggage and took us to the elevators. There we were greeted by an English speaking hotel employee, who took us to the 20th floor, where the lobby is situated. This great service attitude accompanied us the whole two nights. The rooms were a bit small, but clean, modern and fully equipped. We booked additional breakfast. It’s of Chinese style, but coffee was available. Overall a great hotel with especially enthusiastic and friendly staff. A clear recommendation from my side.

The dining options were superb, offering a diverse menu of delectable dishes prepared with the finest ingredients. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including fitness center, provided the perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations, and I can confidently say this hotel is a 10/10 in every as act of quality

The room is clean, tidy, bright and comfortable. The hotel service attitude is also good and warm. There are a lot of breakfasts. The subway entrance is downstairs of the hotel. It is very convenient to go out. It is close to where to buy things. It is recommended to stay here and have stayed several times.

The attitude is average. The order clearly shows that it includes a breakfast. I thought I read it wrong and found out that the front desk did not inform me of breakfast. Lack of service awareness. Not to mention the hygiene, it is a mess.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The location is in the city center. The service attitude is good. The subway entrance is downstairs. It is convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is also good. I stayed for 2 days and felt very good. I recommend everyone to stay here
