Staffs were by the road at the time we arrived and they helped us with our luggage to the lobby on the 20th floor. Check in was a breeze for 4 rooms and we were in our rooms within 10 minutes. Rooms are clean and tidy. There’s a mall across the street if you need some shopping. Look forward my next stay with the hotel soon.

Hotel location is good, just outside exit 10 of the Hubing Dong Lu station. There is also options for non-smoking levels. Room is also very spacious. Hotel allows late check out by 2pm, but do note that your room card would not be able to tap in after 12 noon, need to seek assistance from staff.

The hotel is conveniently situated right in front of the MRT station. Across the street, you'll find a large shopping mall, 万象城. The train station is just less than 15 minutes walk away, and there is another Robinson mall nearby, along with plenty of eateries in the area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers a promotion, providing free supper for guests every night. Additionally, they offer complimentary access to washing machines and dryers. The hotel staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel with a subway station right at the entrance. When arriving a security guard immediately helped my elderly mother with her luggage and took us to the elevators. There we were greeted by an English speaking hotel employee, who took us to the 20th floor, where the lobby is situated. This great service attitude accompanied us the whole two nights. The rooms were a bit small, but clean, modern and fully equipped. We booked additional breakfast. It’s of Chinese style, but coffee was available. Overall a great hotel with especially enthusiastic and friendly staff. A clear recommendation from my side.

The hotel designated by the customer has very good service, express delivery and robot delivery to the door of the room. The front desk service is very good and efficient. The foreign guests are very satisfied with the hotel. The key point is that it is very convenient to travel, and the subway entrance is zero distance. The room is clean and hygienic, the water pressure is stable, and the air conditioning is very cool. Customer reception will be given priority in the future.

The central air conditioning has a good cooling effect. I stayed for two days and the temperature dropped on the second day. I could also use a heater. The takeaway was delivered directly to the door of the room by a robot, which was very convenient. The room was clean and hygienic, and the cleaning lady was not perfunctory. If there were any needs, the response to the front desk was also very efficient.
