Yansu Hotel (Xiamen Wuyuanwan Branch) Reviews

I traveled to Xiamen during the Chinese spring service with my dog and took a day trip to Kinmen Island, Taiwan, just off the coast. This hotel was in fact an apartment building with several management companies renting out rooms on various floors. Overall the building was in a horrendous state of disrepair. Initially, the front desk tried to put me into a room on the sixth floor which looked like a scene from a horror movie... Stains on floor, walls, dirt and garbage everywhere....I asked if this is the same room I booked and another female staff member moved me to the 9 th floor which was at least clean and updated, in the hall. The room was ok, and bed comfortable, but I've never stayed in a hotel that put sheets directly on the mattress without a minimal pad between... Luckily no bed bugs. The room had 3 out of 8 working lightbulbs so it was very dark. The heater didn't warm up the room even at max level running all day. Everything was old and dingy... Nothing like the photos I had no TV or Internet service the first day until I asked for it to be repaired. Overall, no maintenance is the problem.. But at least the woman at the front desk was helpful and kind That only real redeeming quality of the room was the view... But the window was so dirty, it was mostly obscured.

The layout of the apartment is weird and the sprinkler head is leaking. I can’t imagine what the last person used it for. . .

The decoration of the room is very old, the entrance and bathroom are quite shabby, the air conditioner makes a loud sound when turned on, and the room has a musty smell. It cannot be used as a hotel at all!

The room is very clean, the guy at the front desk is very handsome, and the service attitude is very nice. The hotel is right outside the International Yacht Center, and the surrounding environment is very good

The room was very dirty. The desktop and bathroom countertop were sticky and there was hair in the sink. There was garbage on the floor. Sometimes the bathroom exhaust made an unusual and terrible sound. The garbage on the floor was not cleaned. Sometimes there was oil smoke coming out of the room. The smell may be due to the fumes from cooking in other rooms, but the service is good, and other matters will be dealt with in a timely manner

Very bad. It's nothing like the photos. The glass door of the bathroom is cracked. The hygiene is appalling. The service is just to register and open a card, nothing else. 388 is not as good as going to Hanting Rujia! ! ! ! ! !

The hotel is near Wuyuan Bay, with nice views. There are not many public transportation options, but there are still some options for dining.

The room is big enough and the view is nice. There is a parking lot, but the underground parking lot is not lit at night, so it is dangerous to walk alone. The furnishings in the room are relatively old, especially the bathroom.

The environment is OK. You can see the sea. It's a bit far from the subway station.
