There's free water, coffee, tea and ice cubes at the lobby. Sofa area and long table with chargeable ports are available at the lobby. Staff was accommodating when I requested for late check out and if I could store food in their fridge. We were on the 3rd floor. Hence, could see residential flats right across the alley from our window.
