The room is new and well designed. The check-in was easy and welcoming. However, it did not feel particularly clean: strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, fingerprints all over the windows. Also, the shower water pressure was very low sometimes. One major issue was the insane amount of noise: I stayed on 31st floor and from about 8 in the morning on the weekend, there was unbearable noise from the floor above, as if the building is under demolition. Besides that, I had a pleasant stay.

The self-service machine is convenient, and the stay experience exceeded expectations! When checking in at the front desk, the staff showed extremely high professionalism, with a friendly smile, took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and also introduced the surrounding food and travel guide. The room is warm and elegant, and the details are carefully decorated: soft and fluffy bedding brings a baby-like touch, and smart toilets. Nice hotel, clean and equip with all necessary amenities. Away from major tourist area, however, close enough to foods and shopping. Must try the seafood restaurant around the corner, fresh and affordable price , no tourist markup. Lol. Will definitely be back again if happened to stay at Xiamen.
