Echarm Properties in Xiamen

This stay was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all my expectations. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. Our room was spotless and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were comprehensive, hot water supply was consistent, and the toiletries were of good quality. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the quiet environment meant we weren't disturbed by outside noise at all. The public areas were well-maintained and had a great atmosphere. It offers excellent value for money, making it perfect for both leisure travel and short stays. I couldn't find fault with either the service or the amenities. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

This is a chain hotel, and it's the first time I've stayed in one this bad. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear the water and drain sounds from the shower upstairs, and I could hear conversations from the next room clearly. The room was incredibly small, not even enough space for one suitcase. There were no hangers, and the laundry facilities were even worse – just an old top-loading washing machine, with no dryer. And the pillowcases were torn but still in use. It's a brand-name hotel, so why are the facilities so poor? I can't understand it.

The hotel is great but the service could be improved, I was carrying two big bags and the guy at reception didn’t offer to help me to the lift. In the morning my Didi was a bit further from the hotel entrance, he still didn’t help or ask the security to assist.
