The room is small, the facilities are old, the service is slow, and the exterior is messy... As a ”fan” of Bai Xiang, this is the worst fake Bai Xiang I've ever stayed in 😅😅😅😅!! There is no indoor swimming pool, and the outdoor swimming pool will not open until the afternoon. I had to call three or four times in a row to order a bath towel. The breakfast has few categories and the style is average. The shacha noodles are served with vegetables 😡😡😡😡!! It subverted my perception of Bai Xiang.

Really amazing hotel right near Xiamen Airport. Worked perfectly for me for a one night stay but certainly could be nice for a longer one too! Love how it was less than 5 mins walk from the terminal. Room was spacious and elegantly designed. Good shower!

To make it easy for my little plane spotter to watch and photograph planes, I specifically booked a runway view room, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel's location is superb for aviation enthusiasts, offering unobstructed views of the terminal, runway, apron, and hangars. My child was absolutely thrilled the moment we stepped into the room. Additionally, the hotel facilities are excellent; the gym and swimming pool are both great and definitely worth recommending. Finally, a special shout-out to the hotel shuttle driver and the front desk staff. After checking out and boarding our flight, we realized my child's watch had been left on the shuttle. Thanks to the prompt and dedicated assistance from the front desk staff and the shuttle driver, they successfully located it and arranged to have it mailed back to our home. Truly exemplary service!

I originally planned to stay for just one night and chose a hotel closest to the airport. The hotel also offers airport transfers, and the driver's attitude and service were incredibly thoughtful. Upon arrival, the room and view were stunning. The bright, clean environment was beautiful and spotless. There's also a self-service laundry service on the E floor, which is incredibly convenient. It's also easy to get around and call a taxi to nearby attractions. The room was warm and clean, with all the amenities you need. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel's gym and pool are also fantastic, with a wide variety of equipment, including cardio and strength training, all well-maintained and easy to use. After a workout, you can hydrate in the adjacent rest area, which is a very user-friendly design. The breakfast selection was also extensive, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the food was delicious. My stay was impeccable and I'll definitely stay here again!

Fabulous hotel facility and great views from the room. Got a free upgrade to the ocean view suite due to booking at Trip. The staff 王猛 was especially friendly and supportive. He shared his WeChat with me and was super attentive during my stay. Highly recommend it!
