The hotel's other supporting facilities are also relatively complete, and there are claw machines. The lobby is also spacious and stylish. Hygiene: The sanitation is very clean and there are enough trash cans, but I don't know why there are no trash bags in the trash cans. Will there be residual bacteria and pollutants when cleaning like this? Environment: We came to watch the concert, and the scene was quite atmospheric. Service: When I checked in, I didn't send the corresponding souvenirs from the ground. Anna, the night shift front desk, sent me two breakfasts. I asked that the souvenirs were not sent and she immediately made up for it. I was woken up by the neighbor's nap and immediately offered to delay my check-out until 4 o'clock. When I checked out, I also took the initiative to explain the noise. I also sent extra support cookies and support gifts made by the hotel. The service staff were very polite, sincere and enthusiastic. If you are going to a concert, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is about a ten-minute walk from the venue. You can come back to rest without queuing for a taxi after the show. Luggage storage is also very convenient. In addition, the breakfast tastes and variety are good. You can go before 10:30. This Novotel Xian Hotel is in a very strategic location near the MRT station, next to a mall and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Love this place. Overall the service is good, there are only a few comments: * if you like going to karaoke or going to the cinema, then you will like the dimly lit room theme with very minimal lighting, unfortunately my family and I are not comfortable with minimal room lighting, the room is dark. * If you like going to the SPA to soak in hot and cold water, then you will like the unstable condition of the hot water for bathing (shower) because it sometimes flows hot and cold water alternately. Unfortunately, my family and I don't like going to SPA, so this condition is a little annoying. * The thing that is very disturbing is that THE ROOM HAVE NO AC (Air Conditioner)... I have asked the staff, the information is that the AC facilities have not been activated in April, and please open a small window if the room feels hot. I thought it was April Fool's Day, but it turned out that staying 3 nights without AC made me sleep uncomfortable because it was hot even though the window was open, not to mention the noise of traffic at night which disturbed my sleep. Maybe I was careless in not reading the information when booking this room, but it seems I didn't find clear information that there were no AC facilities in April. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in a 4 star hotel or above that doesn't have AC, LOL. My advice to potential guests is to be careful if you want to book this hotel, better check and recheck. Breakfast so so, you can try Xian traditional food here.
