Marriott Properties in Xi'an

I was just planning to stay for one night, but I ended up being completely won over! 😂 First, a huge shout-out to all the staff. The service was genuinely warm and comfortable, not a stiff, overly polite smile, but just the right amount of enthusiasm. They were very responsive whenever an issue arose, making my entire stay feel incredibly secure and cozy. The room amenities were also quite a pleasant surprise; it even came with a capsule coffee machine! Starting the day with a cup in the morning really boosted my mood. The facilities are top-notch, and the service is so personable. The experience far exceeded my expectations. This will be my top choice for future trips!
