Ibis Styles Hotels in Xi'an

I loved the location of this hotel. So close to the Drum Tower and Muslim quarter, shops, restaurants and metro. I was a little bit concerned with other reviews about the carpet etc but it was completely fine. Our rooms were tiled. No smoke smells. One of our rooms had an issue with the tv but staff fixed that promptly. They don’t speak English but are well versed in using the translating apps. We were happy the self serve laundry was free to use and had detergent. Bottled water is also there if you ran out but they gave us 2 bottles each day as well. I found my clothes dried faster on the roof than in the dryer - it was very hot in Xi’an! The roof garden is a nice place to relax. You can see the Drum tower and the start of Beiyuanmen St easily. (The photo of the Drum Tower is from the rooftop garden.) Some of the woodboards up there are deteriorating so watch your step, but otherwise it’s lovely. Would be beautiful in spring when the flowers bloom. Our room was on the laneway side and it was surprisingly quiet despite all the horn honking on the streets below. Shower head had good water pressure, beds comfortable. Room clean. The fitness room is in the laundry and does not have much equipment only a treadmill and elliptical/bike so if you want more gym equipment this is not the place for you. The WiFi worked intermittently for us but wasn’t an issue as we had our own data. The hardest part is finding the hotel the first time you arrive. The hotel does send instructions when you book so definitely keep those on hand. The back of the hotel is the easiest entry from the metro and for arrival by car. If you see a boom gate you are in the right place. Walk past the boom gate up the driveway then follow the signs to Ibis Styles. You basically have to go around another building to find it. It is too difficult to come with luggage into the front entrance because that is far from the road and is a pedestrian shopping area and square. Cars cannot stop near there. If you want a budget hotel in a great location, this is definitely worth considering. I was very happy with it.

I have stayed here twice. The room is big, the facilities are good, clean and tidy. The front desk is also very friendly. I will choose Ibis Hotel in the future.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in near the train station. First of all, the service is good. The front desk lady and the boy are good-looking and the service is also very good. Secondly, the room is clean, the facilities are good, and the shower water volume is very comfortable. The space is also very good, the sound insulation effect is good at night, the environment is quiet, and you can have a good rest. Finally, the transportation is too convenient, and the nearby shops are also delicious. Highly recommended!

I reached the hotel around 3 am in May 25. The 2 young lady staff, Wang Xiaoyu and Wang Yanli let me and my wife rest at the sofa area, while asking us if we needed any drink or any help. It was still way too early for check in. However, they informed us that we could check in as early as possible so that we could have some rest and wash up. The sincerity and thoughtfulness were evident from their excellent service - further reinforced my belief and appreciation throughout the stay. Their colleagues were just as helpful, though I regret not knowing their names. I book a day trip from one of the 2 travel agency's staff. The 2 travel agency staff were just as helpful with their recommendation for day trips to suit our itinerary. Again, I regret I could only book from 1 of them. :) The room was super clean for the price range. The hotel is about 10 min walk from Da Yan Ta Metro station and 20 min to Da Yan Ta. Xi'an Bu Ye Cheng was a further 10 away. In conclusion, Ibis Styles (Wild Goose Museum) has a very high Cost-Benefit Ratio. I strongly recommend it!!

Super satisfied, the hotel service staff is very good, and the children were given a free breakfast upgrade. They were also very careful. When there were children, they immediately arranged children's slippers and asked if they had brought children's toothbrushes. The hotel had children's disposable toothbrushes. When choosing a room, they also took children into consideration and arranged a quieter one. A robot was also arranged to deliver water and slippers to the door. The breakfast was clean and hygienic, and the children liked it very much. Parking in the underground parking lot is also very convenient. It was a very pleasant stay experience. I will definitely come again next time I have the opportunity🤗
