Ibis Styles Hotels in Xi'an

The perfect hotel for muslim travellers. Located next to Huimin street or Muslim quarters. So we had no problems finding halal food. Hotel was superb. Room was comfortable, service was good, spacious & clean. Had free dryer as well. Near to subway station.. The best hotel in Xian.

Stayed for 2 nights before a flight from Xi'an XIY airport. 1. The location of the hotel is convenient - inside the fortress wall (but not in the very center), 10 minutes walk from the train station along a straight wide street, the nearest metro station Wulukou is less than 10 minutes along a straight street. It took about 1 hour 15 minutes to get to Xi'an T2 airport by metro. There are many Chinese food outlets and small non-chain grocery stores near the hotel. 2. Check-in / check-out is very fast, lucky that the receptionist spoke English. The receptionists are positive and try to understand a foreigner and help. The hotel photo matches the description. Dirty carpet in the hallway on the floor. The Superior Queen Room with one bed is large and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The audibility from the hallway is not strong, I did not hear the neighbors at all. Clean. Cleaning and 2 bottles of water every day. There is black and green tea. Good pressure and temperature of hot water in the shower. 3. The breakfast is very decent and tasty, a combination of Chinese and European cuisine, the choice is small. I had breakfast twice - the Chinese dishes changed. There is no coffee machine, only pre-made coffee. A separate quest to pay for breakfast if you are not a citizen of China and can only pay in cash, but the staff helped me. Overall - I liked the hotel, great price and European level of comfort for a budget hotel. I recommend it for a transit stop before a flight or train. The tourist center and attractions are far away if you walk.

The service was very good. We didn't meet the early check-in standard. The hotel was very friendly and warm. It's just opposite the History Museum, but we didn't make an appointment a week in advance. But we went to Da Ci'en Temple to admire the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which made up for it. The room setting is funny. The bed is right in the room, and the toilet and bathroom are very large. There is always a smell of oil smoke, so you have to close the window. Another thing is that the breakfast is good, it's really delicious, especially the Shaanxi-style Roujiamo and Zenggao, as well as noodles and coffee. Enjoy it.

When choosing a room, they also took children into consideration and arranged a quieter one. A robot was also arranged to deliver water and slippers to the door. The breakfast was clean and hygienic, and the children liked it very much. Parking in the underground parking lot is also very convenient. It was a very pleasant stay experience.
