The room was value for money! Hotel is 1 metro station away from the north railway. Easy to get to. Room was clean and front desk was very helpful! Would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again when visiting Xian!

Great location, opposite Metro station and 1 stop away from the railway station. There are also eateries and convenient stores nearby. There is also a rest area and supper available at the lobby. The room and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff who provide ready assistance when needed. Thank you:)

Just opposite Wenjingshan station exit A, 1 stop after Xian Beishan railway station. Room is spacious & clean. The robot will collect & deliver your laundry. Definitely a plus point. There's a local convenient store and a few restaurants on the same row. Pillows are comfy and they do sell them at the reception. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and best of all, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful when requests unrelated to the hotel stay. I will always come back to this hotel when I stop in Xian. 这酒店非常好。干净，舒服，但是最重要是前台的男孩。很多事情他帮了我很多，包括跟酒店没有关系的事情。如果我回来西安，我一定回来这家酒店。

Good location, the metro station is opposite the hotel, the airport and the Highspeed Train station are easily accessible. Great staff, Jing was extremely helpful and professional. Delicious breakfast and the rooms are also good.

December 2023, overall review: good hotel, friendly staff, well placed if you need to be near Xi'an Bei Zhan (Xi'an North Station). One of our rooms smelled of cigarettes unfortunately, the other one was ok. Finding the location on the Didi app worked better with the address in Mandarin (西安高铁北站北广汤亚朵酒店), or by selecting Xi'an Gaotie North North Square Atour Hotel, as there is another Atour hotel close to the station, with a similar name (see picture). Watch out for that, but overall I'd stay again! Pros: very comfortable, easy check-in and Check-out for foreign-passport holders, clean, gym and laundry room as advertised, helpful staff (not sure if they speak English as we were ok with Chinese), a few minutes away by taxi from Xi'an North Station, as well as directly opposite a subway station that is directly connected to the airport. A couple of local diners just next door, as well as a small convenience store. Cons: not much wrong with the place, just that one room smelled of cigarettes (despite it being a non-smoking room), and that one of the towels had some holes in it.

Stayed for four nights in June 2024. The location is great, subway station is right across the road, it takes 40 minutes to get to the airport without any line changes, and about 40-60 minutes to get to the city center. Northern railway station is just one stop from there. The neighbourhood is quiet, tranquil and is full of small supermarkets and local restaurants. The room was clean and cosy. Everyday we got free water and tea supply, which was crucial during +35C heatwave in Xi’an. AC and other technology in the room also was working without any problems. The breakfast mostly consists of Chinese food (chaofan, dumplings, baozi, noodles etc), but there were also cereal, fried eggs and other usual western breakfast things. Everything was of great quality and taste. Free of charge small dinner buffet was a pleasant surprise for us. The staff didn’t really speak English (but they use automatic translators really well, which helped a lot). They were extremely eager to help and overall very nice. We’ve had several weird questions, but they were always there to help us. They’ve even presented us a farewell gift of snacks. We’ve used the laundry service, which was also free of charge. It is very convenient and fast. We will certainly stay here again, if we return to Xi’an.

The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and always welcome guests with a warm smile. They proactively assist me with my luggage with me asking. From airport take metro line 14 stop at WENJINGSHANGONGYUAN the hotel is just opposite the road. One stop away from High Speed Train Station. GREAT LOCATION!! Breakfast is delicious and with wide variety of choices. WIFI is good.

Great Location for Airport Connection via Metro. Starts at 6.20 in the morning. Metro is opposite of the hotel. cComfortable, clean and nice design. Very happy with the stay.

Good breakfast. The bed is foam bed which may not suit everyone. Convenient as a stopover place.

A/C was not working when we arrived. The staff provided a fan to cool the room down.

The location is very good, right at the exit of Wenjing Park, and it's only one stop to Xi'an West High-speed Railway Station. It's convenient to eat nearby. The room is clean and satisfactory, and the front desk staff is very polite, which adds points to my impression of Atour

After many years, I came to Xi'an again. I chose Atour Hotel near the North Station. Atour never disappoints, especially the service of Atour is really considerate. Today I want to praise the front desk Xiao Zhao. Before checking in, I called to remind the location and informed the specific route and transportation to the hotel early. After arriving at the store, I immediately poured tea. Drinking a sip of hot tea on a cold day is very heartwarming. After I went to the room, I wanted to change a room, so I called the front desk. Xiao Zhao at the front desk immediately took me to see several rooms. He was also very patient when taking me to see the room until I felt comfortable and safe. He was really patient and recommended delicious and fun places. I was very satisfied with the check-in experience. I strongly recommend this Atour for transfers at Xi'an North Station. Today, I was really conquered by Xiao Zhao's service, so I will give priority to staying in Atour in the future.
