I have been at this hotel 3 times so I enjoyed it but would not reccomend to chose the package with dinner included. Not much of a selection. In my opinion the breakfast was much better than the dinner buffet. So after the first time I just added the breakfast.

I had an enjoyable one night stay at the DoubleTree. I was given a delicious cookie in arrival. Excellent customer service, particularly from Jenny, who was very helpful in providing information on local sightseeing. I used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room, all great, although the changing rooms are a bit grubby and would benefit from a revamp. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. An enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Very good hotel. The staff is always trying to fulfill the wishes of the guests, they are very friendly and helpful. I was helped to order cabs, to order food and with other information. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

This hotel is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in Xi'an. Before I arrived at the hotel, Lily at the front desk called to ask me what kind of room I like. This stay was perfect! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was as soft as clouds, the hygiene was very clean, and the stay was super comfortable. The room was OK, quite big, the food was average, the desserts were not good, the cookies were good. I was really tired after six days of work during the Mid-Autumn Festival. My kids wanted to swim. After comparing, I decided to spend a vacation in Xi'an. The double breakfast room rate was very cost-effective. I swam in the afternoon and morning. In the evening, I was too tired and bought the hotel's buffet dinner. Recently, it was a Western style. I ate two belly-wrapped meat and salty milk tea. The front desk service was very good. Cece and Leo were there when I checked in.
