The hotel is excellent, with clean and tidy rooms that are warmly and comfortably laid out. Its geographical location is also superior, surrounded by many large supermarkets and plenty of delicious food options. Transportation is very convenient, and the hotel service is also outstanding, especially Miss Jossce. She contacted us ahead of time to inquire about our preferences and needs for our stay, and helped arrange a free room upgrade and late check-out. She is very nice, and the hotel is highly recommended. We look forward to our next visit.

Really love the kind and meticulous cleaning lady on my floor , we booked total of 4 rooms for 4 nights , the room has been kept clean . Love the peaceful sound proof rooms and the 落地窗。 The luxury standard in my opinion is as good if not better than the Ritz . Front desk could do with more smile and sharing of extra information on the club benefits . We weren’t using the benefits as we were not aware . Upon visiting the club lounge on our third day , we notice it was under utilised, we are the only clients . It’s one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. We didn’t use the bath tub at all but it could easily fit 4 adults . What a relaxing and lovely experience indeed .

Positive views: First time staying. Super convenient location just outside the metro station which is 2 stops away from Futian Checkpoint. Very smooth check-in although still need to have deposit. The staffs are very friendly and willing to share information with us. The room is amazing with wide view from the high floor. The bed was very comfortable. Also very nice to have a late check out time at 2pm which gave us an opportunity to have a morning walk. Negative views: Only one was the toilet cubicle. It was slight small. And the flushing was a little too weak. I hopefully they will going to improve about it But I must say this stay is really nice and enjoyable!! Will consider to visit again!!
