Whilst the hotel is a little out of the main tourist area, the staff are incredible. For those that speak English, it was well spoken by all staff we encountered. Smart stay.

I enjoyed my stay but it was not really what I expected. The Hilton Hotel is known for its top class service but I did not experience that level of service. The furniture needs an upgrade and not all the facilities worked. At the office desk where I did my work, the USB charging point did not work. The carpet on the otherhand smelled damp especially when I walked into the room. The hair conditioner bottle was empty when I wanted to use it. Unfortunately, I only discovered this once I have already shampooed my hair so there was no turning back. The rooms are are in great need of repainting. At one point I was considering upgrading to the executive room because I book these type of hotels for the high level of service from the staff and the 5-Star facilities. I have membership with the Hyatt Hotel but wanted something different for my few days break. At the Hyatt, they even bring you your first cup of coffee as soon as you arrive at breakfast and will keep on checking on you. This is what I call service. Some months ago I stayed in the Hilton in Suzhou and it was amazing. Their breakfast was top notch and beautifully presented. Having said that, my stay at the Hilton High Tech Zone was pleasant, but I will need convincing to stay there again. The hotel is a bit isolated but a 10min drive to one of the high end malls. Thank you to everyone who offered assistance when I needed it. Unfortunately, I did not take photos of the problems but I uploaded pictures of the beautiful hotel which needs some TLC in the bedrooms or some of the bedrooms like mine.

This hotel overall is quite good, staff is helpful and friendly, is nice place to stay, but regarding the facilities, due to swimming pool can open to public paid for entrance not only hotel guests, I have happened unhappy thing on it, a Oldman is not hotel guest should be paid for entrance, when I play with my children in pool , he suddenly come and said the lane is not for playing, pls go beside lane, on the begin I didn’t realise have this issue rules, then we move beside lane, after that i double confirm with staff in hotel, didn’t have this kind rules. I was quite unhappy with that.

The hotel bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept very soundly for several nights. The hotel is easy to find and has convenient parking. The front desk staff Ellie and Gavin are friendly and kind. The check-in and check-out process is efficient and fast. When I encounter problems, they can actively provide help. The experience is great

The hotel is in a great location, not far from the attractions. The transportation is also very convenient. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I could smell a faint fragrance, and the soothing music made me feel better. The room was also super clean. The service staff also greeted me enthusiastically, and the delivery was also very fast. I was very satisfied!

The room is very quiet, and the service attitude is particularly good. Both the front desk and restaurant staff even extended our service hours. I will stay here again next time I come to Gaoxin.

The stay was very comfortable. This was my first time staying here. Rainbow Aili at the front desk upgraded my room. Jason, the concierge, took the initiative to help me with my luggage. I felt that the service was very good. I recommend this hotel to friends who come to Xi'an~

I upgraded to an executive twin room for free. The room is much larger and the view is wide. I told the front desk that I wanted a quieter room, and the room I was given was indeed quiet enough, with basically no noise. The experience was great.

Thanks to Yolanda and Ayla from the Executive Lounge for their thoughtful service. I was originally going on a business trip but was recommended a lot of popular snacks and even special cocktails.
