The hotel was absolutely stunning! Our room was incredibly clean, literally not a single spec of dust. The service was also top-tier, whenever I messaged the staff on WeChat, they replied almost instantly. Ma was exceptionally helpful to us during our stay. My one comment is that the location isn’t perfect if you’re looking to be close to restaurants or tourist attractions, the hotel is in a rather quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We spent four nights here, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean and came equipped with premium appliances that added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Every evening, the receptionists would eagerly greet us upon our return and offer any assistance we might need. They were able to support all our enquiries that we have. To top it off, they sent delicious desserts to our room each night, which was a delightful touch. The service and thoughtfulness of the staff exceeded our expectations. We particularly appreciated the hotel’s location on a quieter street, which provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The room featured a charming mini outdoor garden, offering a serene space to unwind, far more relaxing than a typical enclosed five-star hotel room. Best of all, the room rates were very reasonable. Considering the price point, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Xi’an. It’s so comfortable and welcoming that it could easily be considered an attraction in its own right!

Newly opened boutique hotel nested within the eastern corner of the city wall . 50 meters away from the hotel is the entry to the City wall gate . The hotel has a very zen atmosphere, very calming n very relaxing n very clean ! The rooms are very spacious , spotlessly clean n outfitted with modern conveniences. The taps n faucets are Kohler n hair dryer by Dyson , portable speaker by JBL , smart toilet …. My room has a lovely small garden which adds to the zenness . The service provided by all the hotel staffs - sorry I didn’t get their names - were outstanding! They were so helpful with sorting out my online shopping mess , tirelessly answering my questions n making recommendations to spas n restaurants n places of interest. I’ll be back !

Small boutique hotel, only 16 rooms. Warm welcoming, amazing rooms, very quiet and close distance from city centre. Good breakfast and bar open till 24.

An outstanding experience compared to other 5-star hotels. The staff were super friendly and helpful even though I did not speak chinese. The little private garden attached to the room was perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. Very modern amenities too.

Because it was my birthday, I left a message when I booked, so they decorated the room carefully and sent longevity noodles and two small cakes. The housekeeper was also very considerate. I had to catch a flight in the morning, and it was not yet seven o'clock, and breakfast was not yet served. When he heard that I was in a hurry, he immediately provided special service.

Very good, super good, the service is very good. Every staff member I met was very professional, enthusiastic, and had a good service attitude. I would like to especially thank the housekeeper Xiaowen and the front desk guy for their considerate service. The room layout is reasonable, very neat and clean, and you can get whatever you need as soon as you need it. You don't have to pick up takeout by yourself, the housekeeper will arrange for it to be delivered to the room, safe and private!

I haven't heard much about this brand, but the hotel design was fantastic, and the facilities and amenities were on par with those of global luxury hotels. The staff were also very friendly, and I could sense the hospitality that is unique to Japanese hotels. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

The housekeeper added WeChat in advance to reserve the room and equipped it with a children's toothbrush👍 But the hotel does not provide children's toiletries. I hope it can be supplemented. Location: Very close to Xi'an Station. In the northeast corner of the city wall. Turn right and you can climb the city wall for a few dozen meters. The ticket is 54. The surrounding area is very quiet and there are few people. But it is a bit far from popular attractions. Xi'an's transportation mmmmmm Environment: The hotel is very well decorated and has a full sense of design. The area is not large, but it is small and beautiful. The room on the first floor of the courtyard is very relaxing. Service: The service is very thoughtful and responsive. Sweet soup is prepared every night. It seems that free laundry is also available. The breakfast is relatively less varied. You can order some meals, but the dishes are a bit oily. It is a great hotel. I will choose it next time I come👍

I was very satisfied with my trip to Xi'an. This hotel is quiet in the bustling city, next to the Sophora japonica tree-lined avenue and the ancient city wall. It is a good place in the ancient city. It is very convenient to travel here. Occasionally, you can take a taxi online. It is also very convenient to walk to Xi'an Station on Line 4. We basically rely on the subway to go to various attractions. Many of the hotel facilities are familiar brands and styles. I like Japanese Zen. The maple leaves in the Yongchong courtyard on the first floor can be enjoyed with tea. It should be more beautiful in autumn. It is worth mentioning that the hotel service is very warm, meticulous and considerate. Whether you are welcoming guests when you just enter the hotel or seeing them off, whether you are sending breakfast or sweet soup in the evening, they are all proactive. I remember that they helped us carry our luggage to the taxi before leaving. Just remind the waiter not to forget to check whether there is dog poop when taking guests to enjoy the hotel lawn. We were kind enough to let us take pictures on the hotel lawn flower wall, but we stepped on dog poop. It's a bit regrettable, but overall it is very good, the flaws do not cover the merits, recommended!

It was my first time in Xi'an, and I specially chose a hotel inside the city wall. I could see the city wall from the room, which felt more like a homestay. There was a Dyson hair dryer, an automatic toilet, and the details that girls care about were all done very well. The service of the housekeeper Xiaocheng was particularly good 👍🏻 and the service was very attentive.

Yangchen Hotel is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. Someone asked me if I like Xi'an? My answer is that I like Yangchen more. Because of Yangchen, I like Xi'an. Staying in Yangchen gave me a sense of belonging. It not only met my exquisite and high-quality needs, but also the caring service of the housekeeper Xiaocheng. The catering of Yangchen is also very surprising. The names of the dishes on the menu seem to be very popular, but the taste of the dishes has a special mind. It seems ordinary, but it tastes not ordinary at all. It is delicious and surprising. Every night, a bowl of sweet soup is delivered to the room. It is different every night and very warm. Yangchen is my first choice and only choice when I go to Xi'an. I hope Yangchen will get better and better.

The quality of Yangchen was beyond my expectation. The quality in all aspects was very good. The service of the butler Xiaoma was also very good during the stay. It made people feel that they had not had enough. The breakfast was also very rich, cooked to order, and the desserts were also delicious. I was very satisfied with Yangchen!
