HIDDEN HOTEL Hotels in Xi'an

The location is superb, situated on the 7th floor of Wangfujing Department Store. There's direct subway access, so you don't even need to go above ground, which was incredibly convenient. I particularly appreciated this as it was 40°C the day I arrived in Xi'an and pouring rain the day I left. I stayed in a room facing the residential side of the hotel. While rooms of the same type on this side are slightly smaller than those facing the street, it was exceptionally quiet, and I slept wonderfully. The hotel offers great access to all attractions; Yongning Gate (South Gate) is practically on its doorstep, and the Stele Forest Museum (Beilin) and Shuyuanmen Street are also very close by. In the evenings, there were live singing performances outside several shopping malls downstairs, which was a nice, unique experience to walk around and listen to. One more thing to note is that most parcels (except SF Express and JD.com) are delivered directly to the Cainiao Post station in the basement parking lot. When I first couldn't find it, a kind front desk staff member arranged for a colleague to pick up my parcel during their shift and even had it delivered to my room – I was very grateful for that! However, I had several more parcels arrive afterward and felt a bit awkward asking for help again, so I went to retrieve them myself. For any future guests who might need to pick up a parcel, here's how to find it: From the B1 food court, enter the small alley in front of the 'Dao Xiang Anhui Xiaochao' restaurant. Walk past a guard room and continue straight until you see an elevator. Take this elevator down to B3. When you exit, walk a short distance straight ahead or to your right, and you'll see a large collection of packages – that's the spot! I was very satisfied with my 4-day stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an.

I was on a business trip and my clothes were dirty and needed to be washed urgently. The hotel's laundry service was very efficient. I sent my clothes for washing in the morning and they were returned in the afternoon, which did not delay my evening activities at all. And the price was reasonable. The hotel is not very close to the subway station, but is located in the living area. It is very convenient to eat, and there are many authentic restaurants for locals around. The room is clean, and there is basically no dead corner for cleaning, but the window glass is relatively dirty. The facilities in the room are relatively simple, and the bedding and bedding are comfortable. The sound insulation is slightly poor, and normal conversations in the corridor can be heard. There is a parking lot at the door, and the host and guest can waive parking fees. The service staff are very polite and will take the initiative to greet.
