Newly opened, intelligently managed, and well-organized. This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's perfectly located near the Bell Tower, Xiaonanmen Morning Market, Xiyang Market, Huimin Street, and University Study Alley – everything you need is right here. The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. They always stop to greet guests, and their management is top-notch. A special shout-out to Oliver Xiao and Cathy Tian at the front desk – they were both incredibly friendly to talk to and gave us lots of great advice and help. We're very grateful for the hotel's service, it's highly recommended. The fifth floor is the amenity floor, featuring a self-service laundry, gym, and restaurant, all conveniently located. There's also an outdoor area that's great for photos, especially with the recent Christmas decorations. Next time I'm in Xi'an, Four Points by Sheraton will definitely be my first choice! As a frequent business traveler and avid hotel enthusiast, my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Dayan Pagoda Hotel completely redefines my expectations for quality accommodations! From booking and communication to departure, the entire process was attentive and thoughtful, with every detail demonstrating meticulous attention to detail – a five-star review is a must! During booking, customer service responded quickly, patiently answering my numerous questions about parking and breakfast times, and even proactively reserving a quiet room on a high floor according to my itinerary. Upon arrival, Gloria at the front desk was incredibly efficient at check-in, and the staff were friendly, helping me with my luggage and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. The biggest surprise was that, knowing I was traveling for business, they upgraded me to a room with a work area, and presented me with welcome fruit and a handwritten greeting card, instantly making me feel at home. The room was fully equipped and of high quality, with soft and comfortable bedding, a well-designed bathroom with a separate shower and toilet, and toiletries made with natural plant essential oils that had a refreshing scent. The room's soundproofing was excellent; even though it faced the street, I couldn't hear any noise, allowing me, a light sleeper, to enjoy a good night's rest. In addition, the room was equipped with high-speed WiFi, a smart voice control system, and a minibar, meeting my dual needs for work and leisure. The hotel's dining service was also exceptional! The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including classic Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialties, all made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, replenishing the food promptly and proactively inquiring about my dining experience, demonstrating professionalism in every detail. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The gym was fully equipped and open 24 hours a day, meeting my daily exercise needs; the laundry room offered free laundry and drying services, which was incredibly practical for someone who travels frequently for business. Furthermore, the hotel's excellent location, adjacent to a commercial center, made shopping and other activities very convenient. Upon check-out, the front desk staff prepared a local souvenir for me and proactively inquired about my stay, offering sincere blessings. This stay was truly perfect, with impeccable facilities and service. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure; I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This is my first time staying at this hotel and the service is very satisfactory. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a prime location, the housekeeping staff is very friendly, the front desk guys and girls are also very enthusiastic, they gave two free breakfasts, and there was a small gift at check-out. I have to give a big thumbs up!
