I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel's overall environment is clean and comfortable, with everything from the lobby to the hallways well-maintained. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was spotless with no strange odors, making me feel very at ease. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in, and they proactively introduced the hotel's services. A convenient perk was the hotel's airport shuttle service, which saved a lot of hassle for business travelers and tourists. In the evening, my friends and I also tried the hotel's KTV, which had good sound quality and a complete range of entertainment facilities, making it perfect for gatherings. The room's soundproofing was also good; my rest wasn't disturbed at night, and I slept soundly until morning. Overall, whether it was the service, environment, or amenities, everything was satisfactory, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

I've stayed at the e-Shang Chanba Convention and Exhibition Center hotel multiple times. I'm satisfied with everything, there's nothing I'm unhappy with, it's definitely worth recommending. It's clean and tidy, with a great separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom. It's hygienic and quiet, and the smart devices are complete and responsive. When you open the window, you're greeted by lush trees and fresh air. The transportation is convenient, with the subway just 3 minutes away. You can happily browse and eat at the outlet mall, making shopping very easy. Downstairs, there's also delicious BBQ. This beautiful e-Shang hotel is worth revisiting. The front desk ladies are all beautiful and intelligent, kind and approachable, and even gave us a fruit platter. It truly feels like a home away from home. 🌹🌹

The room was great. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was also good. I received a room upgrade, and the overall environment of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for a very satisfying experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Grand Tang Mall, and transportation is convenient. The facilities are high-end, and the cleanliness is up to par. The front desk staff are friendly, room cleaning is prompt, and breakfast is also good.

The Location was great, rooms were extremely tidy and the bathroom was clean. We got a non-smoking room, however we could definitely tell other people were smoking on our floor and that smell penetrated the halls as we were walking from the lift to our room. The hotel had “surprise” supper every night which was very sweet and the staff were exceptionally lovely. Breakfast buffet options were very limited.
