Echarm Properties in Xi'an

Front desk staff Xiao Zhao had a wonderfully welcoming smile and proactively greeted me with a 'Hello, welcome to E-Shang!' The service was thoughtful and up to standard. The breakfast featured a delicious, authentic Shaanxi-style noodle dish that was surprisingly good. After several nights exploring Datang Everbright City, my clothes got dirty easily, but the laundry service brought them back, which was such a relief. The lobby had comfortable, spacious, and soft sofas, and relaxing recliners. It also happened to be a member's day with a lucky draw. Overall, a perfect experience!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The room didn't have windows but it was so cosy and spotlessly clean that we didn't even feel its absence. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, bed linen is white, towels soft and warm.Hairdrier Laifen is my favourite-light,powerful and quite added to our favour! I was really pleasantly shocked by the fact that my laundry wasn't only dried and returned to the room but also ironed and hung🤗😍! Oh, thank you very much! Service at the reception was also excellent. Ready to help all the time, polite and kind. Helped us to order some things on the internet) We appreciated! The hotel is clean, it is quite there, coffee, tea is always available. Breakfast is not heavily varied but it is tasty, fresh and healthy! We are very satisfied! Thank you!

My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, not only greeting every guest with a smile but also ensuring everyone felt right at home with their thoughtful and meticulous service. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority. The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level. This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Grand Tang Mall, and transportation is convenient. The facilities are high-end, and the cleanliness is up to par. The front desk staff are friendly, room cleaning is prompt, and breakfast is also good.

The room is very clean and the environment is particularly good. It is exactly the same as the picture on the homepage. It feels like the best hotel in the same price range. The location is very close to the subway station and the bus station. The bed is big and soft. The air conditioner is also easy to use. The service is warm. The room facilities are very new. The accommodation experience is really great. Stay here next time! very good

I absolutely loved the service atmosphere at this hotel; the front desk's smiling service made me feel especially welcome. Whenever I had a question, the front desk staff would answer meticulously, with a gentle and polite tone. It made my stay feel secure and comfortable, and this heartwarming service alone is highly commendable. The hotel's breakfast biang biang noodles are definitely worth ordering repeatedly! The freshly cooked noodles have a great texture, and the savory, flavorful 'zaozi' (minced meat topping) is spicy and appetizing. It was a pleasant surprise to find such authentic and delicious biang biang noodles while traveling in Xi'an. Opting for this noodle dish for breakfast provides ample nutrition and leaves you feeling warm all over. Highly recommended!

The rooms are very clean, the environment is beautiful, and the front desk service is excellent. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and they even have robots that can deliver meals. I've stayed here several times now, and each time the experience has been fantastic. Any issues are resolved quickly, and I'm always very satisfied with my stay. Plus, their breakfast features a special *saozi mian* (minced meat noodles) that's incredibly delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The room is clean and hygienic, and the environment is comfortable. It is next to the subway station. It is very convenient to travel. The hotel front desk service is also very good, especially Xiao Lu. The service is attentive and makes me feel at home. I have to praise Xiao Jiao, the customer service manager who helped me book the room, for his attitude. Well, the service is very considerate in all aspects. I give you thumbs up. I will stay here again when I come to Xi'an in the future.
