Breakfast quality was so so, room was good but not sure hy the keep the balcony or open of the room. This could se moscatos and it was quite chilly.

Perfect stay in the amazing surrounding. Huge terretory with villas, swimming pool and a little zoo build in a tropical landscape. The hotel is located right next to the entrance to the national rainforest park. The stuff is super supportive. We were upgraded to the room on the 5th floor with a remarkable view on the mountains. Also, Mr Sam help us to plan and book our futher travelling in the surroundings. Thank you for our outstanding vacation!

The hotel is close to the rainforest park, but far away from the city. The room is spacious and clean. The gym equipments are old. The outdoor pool is nice. The parking lot at the front of the hotel is very small. The staff are friendly. The buffet breakfast is expensive for its quantity.

Unbelievable scenery! Stunning surroundings and great service

A much needed weekend staycation in Hainan. Hotel is in a gorgeous location - set in the tropical rainforest. Very large grounds. Helpful and accommodating staff. Bath tubs and heated blankets for the cooler months. We had a fantastic guide who took us on a walk just outside of the hotel and into the rainforest. You can do a shorter loop or you can continue up and up and up lots of stairs- it is a good workout. The path is not 100percent complete / or not open right at the top so we went to a little door and back down again. I very much enjoyed this walk. Our helpful guide provided with walking sticks and helped with photo opportunities. After the the walk he showed us a a temple and gallery located in the hotel’s grounds. The gallery kindly provided us with our very own tea ceremony and the views from the small room of the mountain was lovely.

The hotel is conveniently located within the scenic area. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The food was a bit limited. There's an organization that takes children on nighttime animal explorations in the park. The next day, we also took them to Wuzhi Mountain. There's a fee, but it's a much better option than wandering around on your own. We got to know many animals and see Hainan's unique landscapes. The children had a great time!

1. The hotel management is very messy. Not only is there a serious shortage of parking spaces, but the entrance to the hotel is crowded and the charging parking spaces are completely occupied. I asked for charging parking spaces before coming, but it was hard to find a parking space, not to mention a charging parking space. The car can only drive a few dozen kilometers. I went to the parking lot early the next morning to charge it, but it was in vain. Finally, a charging parking space was vacant, but the charging pile was either occupied by the parking space next door or by a gasoline truck. There was no management staff on site. I have to say that I drove to Shuiman Village to find a charging parking space in another hotel, which wasted a whole morning. 2. I stayed in a villa room. I need to go to the main building for breakfast. I made two calls to the front desk to call for an electric car, but no one answered. I had to walk out by myself. Fortunately, I met someone else's electric car on the record. 3. The bedding in the hotel room is very damp. There are electric blankets on the bed. It seems that the dampness is not accidental. The hotel has a solution, but why don't you ask your staff to turn on the electric blanket to dry it in advance? When I got to the room, it was about 9 o'clock and it was time to go to bed. I found that the quilt was very wet, so I had to turn on the electric blanket to dry it for a long time. The sheets were dry, but the quilt was still wet. Then it was very warm in the summer. How can I sleep? 4. I turned on the air conditioner for a long time but it was not cold. Then I found that the air conditioner was broken. So I called a technician in the middle of the night. It took a long time to fix it. There was also a technician in the middle of the night, but why couldn't I check these things myself first? Check them out in advance? 5. The room facilities are old, the toilet is yellow, and the so-called bathtub, as soon as you open the door of the bathtub, a big gecko falls from the top of your head into the bathtub, it's so scary, I quickly close it, and when I turn around, a big wasp flies around the bathroom, don't you think it's scary? 6. The bed is small, I tried every button on the phone, but it didn't work, so I just unplugged it, and all the calls were transferred through Ctrip 8. Finally had breakfast: Sir, children over 1.2 meters need to pay separately, a 6-year-old child, 1.23 meters tall. After staying in so many hotels, I was the first one to be stopped and asked to pay in the restaurant 9. My wife didn't sleep well, got up a little late, it was almost ten o'clock, I called the front desk to ask the battery car to pick her up for breakfast (we both got up early and went out to find a place to charge), the front desk was very happy, and said in a joyful tone: Hello, ma'am, breakfast is gone, no need to eat 10. I recommend the stewed yellow beef, which is delicious. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant, which is not expensive. 💥Surrounding tour: Follow the cycling route to visit two Li villages. The locals are quite simple. One of them can see the five peaks of Wuzhi Mountain, which is very good👍It seems to be the one in Shuiman Village. In short, our group likes this hotel very much. I was very tired after climbing the mountain. I lay down on the guest sofa for a while. A woman said loudly that I couldn't lie down. If you can't lie down, you can tell me nicely instead of such an attitude. The rooms are under the lobby. It's very damp and there are geckos in the room.

The room is a bit old, the landscape behind the balcony of the villa is too messy, with dead branches and fallen leaves without any trimming, and some garbage. The breakfast variety is average, the dishes are not replenished in time during the peak period, and the dishes are all gone before 9 o'clock. The restaurant is not well prepared, and the number of waiters cannot keep up. I sincerely suggest that the hotel management can go to Baoting Qixianling Junlan Hotel for inspection and reference. Your two styles are similar, and I hope you can keep up with their level.

Arriving at the hotel is like entering a forest, with fresh air and being surrounded by nature.

Next to Wuzhishan Tropical Rainforest National Park, the location is excellent. The hotel rooms are spacious and the balcony has a view of the main peak of Wuzhishan. Although there is only one restaurant, the dishes are good. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, and the macaws in the lobby are very interesting. In short, from the perspective of cost performance, this may be the best choice in the area.
