The hotel situated in just couple hundred meters from the MTR station Shenglinmei, 30 mins from the airport by taxi. The room is big and equipped with a microwave oven, a washing machine, refrigerator, etc. The breakfast was quite good

After much searching, we chose Oakwood. Firstly, it's new, so the cleanliness is reasonable. Secondly, the location is a huge plus, just a 10-minute walk from Wuxi Station, making it very convenient. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all our questions and providing recommendations for fun and good food in Wuxi. It was a very satisfying stay, with exceptional service. It's an ideal place for both business and leisure travel, and I'll definitely stay here again.

I have to give it a thumbs up. I'm very satisfied with both the service and the facilities. The room was very clean. The beautiful ladies and handsome guys at the front desk were really thoughtful. There was also a small gift when I checked out. It was a thoughtful little surprise on my trip. If I had to find a flaw, it would be that there was a slight odor from the new opening, but it didn't affect me after I opened the window.

Honestly, the hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to the night market, the ancient town, the airport, and the train station, whether by taxi or subway. Walking down the hallway, a sour odor filled my nose, and the room was also very strong. Even with the windows open, the range hood, and the purifier on, it was difficult to get rid of the odor. My daughter and I both have rhinitis, and we frequently experience runny noses and nasal congestion. We had to wash our noses ourselves. Since we had already paid for two days and it was a holiday, finding another hotel would be too much of a hassle, so we decided not to move. I hope the hotel can improve its air conditioning.

There is a subway nearby for convenient transportation. The room is small but cozy, the bedding is very comfortable, the environment is good, free parking is provided, and there is a robot that can arrange takeout. It is a good hotel apartment!

I was passing through on a business trip and the accommodation was very good. The environment was nice. There is a laundry room on the second floor with washing and drying functions. The front desk staff told me that the laundry room is free for guests to use during the opening period. It is a very humane move! The service is very attentive and the room rate is reasonable!

The room isn't very large but is quite cozy. It's located in the heart of Wuxi. Our room rate is quite cost-effective for the location. The lobby is simple and fresh, and the hotel's fragrance is pleasant and sporty. The gym on the second floor is well-equipped and very clean. The front desk gave us a free drink, and we got a non-alcoholic drink directly in the lobby, which was delicious.
