The stay was very enjoyable! Lots of food close by and the beach was extremely close too. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Overall, we had an extremely pleasant stay here.

The hotel was great, food was excellent and the customer service was top tier.

The staff is outstanding. The rooftop pool and hot tub make this a great stay for the money. We have stayed there many times and will again. The location is great, a short walk to the beach.

Breakfast was amazing, and the service was even better. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable, and communicated great. We will stay again in the future!

The triple room has just the right amount of space, and there's a bathtub for you to soak in. The swimming pool on the rooftop also has a great view, with a view of the sea.

The hotel room is very spacious, and the bathroom has a giant bathtub and two washbasins, but one of the washbasins leaked, which slightly deducted points. It is close to the subway station, but the nearest convenience store is small.

Well located, great pool (although heated - in April it was too cold to swim). Jacuzzi is much warmer. There is a sauna - but after it you can't go into the pool at all - it seems icy. Also, when checking in they ask for a deposit of $100 or a card.

I often go on business trips to Busan. I like staying at various hotels. This was my first time at this hotel. I think I was unlucky, but there are many foreigners and many children, so I'm posting this so that you work with a sense of mission. I showed everything to the front desk staff the night I stayed. The staff who laid out new sheets on the sheets, changed the blanket, and changed the pillow worked hard alone, but shouldn't they have reported this to their superiors and changed the room even if they couldn't give me a refund because it was night? There were blood stains and coffee stains on the sheets, blanket, and pillow, and the sheets were covered with sand. It didn't seem like they cleaned the bed, but if they claim they did, it's even worse. The water bottle cap was on the bottom of the bed sheet, which wasn't cleaned properly. I don't know if I should accept this level of unsanitary behavior. The next morning, the cleaning staff and another male staff member were there, so I showed them the pictures. I heard you weren't the one who cleaned that room. I wonder who the person in charge of sanitation is.

It is located in the bustling Haeundae Beach area, so it is convenient to move around and there are many restaurants nearby, so I highly recommend it. The heated pool was comfortable to use even in cold weather. The bedding condition was also the best!

Over 600,000 won is not a small amount, but the ocean view is worth the price. ㅠ...the facilities ㅠ. The toilet water didn't drain, so I arrived late at night and was tired, so I packed my bags again. I moved to a lower floor. The excitement turned into annoyance, and the next day, the fire alarm went off, so the firefighters came in late at night to check.. They said drinks and desserts were free in the afternoon, but when I went there, I only got a drink and a piece of cookie ㅠ I can't believe I wasted so much money ㅠ I use Trip.com sometimes, but do they actually check out the affiliated hotels? ㅠ I was very disappointed.

The pool was so nice!! I want to go there again ㅎㅎ The location is quite far from Busan Station, but it was great for a staycation~ They even give you a welcome drink!
