It was really unlucky to book this hotel. On the first day, it was written that the check-in time was 10 o'clock, but we still hadn't checked out at 1:30. The toilet sewer had a stench, the last room had a mirror facing the door, and even the door lock was broken and couldn't be locked (I couldn't aim it after many attempts), so I could only rely on the shaky buckle. At the same time, I was a female tourist traveling alone, but I was given the last room that couldn't be locked (of course I didn't object because I could tolerate it and was too lazy to do it, it was just an attitude problem). I am the kind of person who is very tolerant of rooms, so even with the above, I chose to extend my stay the next day, and then the nightmare began. The next day at 2 a.m., there was a power outage on the entire floor. The entire floor was dark, including the elevator. The lights in the corridor kept flickering and finally went out. Anyone who has seen a horror movie will understand. At the same time, I kept calling the customer service number but there was no response and the call was still ongoing. After the power was restored, I was so scared that I couldn't sleep at all. I stayed up until 4 a.m. and was about to go to bed, but the power went out again at 4 a.m. After the power was restored at 4 o'clock, I called the customer service number again and finally got through. When I asked what was going on, they just said that the technician was fixing it. There was no comfort or explanation, not even an apology. By the way, the sound insulation is also very poor. When I was squatting next to the elevator and shivering, I was grateful to the uncle in the opposite room for his very penetrating snoring, which accompanied me through the dark twenty minutes. Until I checked out, the hotel did not give any explanation or apology for the power outage. I have been so patient but still have to write such a long paragraph. Please experience this terrible experience yourself. I stayed for two days from March 22 to 23 and spent a total of 460+260, which is more than 700 yuan. I have never had such a bad experience in a hotel that costs around 350 yuan on average.
