設施：設施比較完善，操作簡便，老少咸宜。還有送貨機器人和刷卡電梯，避免了閑雜人員到酒店內部，安全感滿滿。
衞生：衞生沒得説，角落都很乾凈，管理很到位。
環境：歸元寺一牆之隔，酒店自有一個院子，環境不錯，很安靜。離江邊不遠，鬧中取靜。晚上轉轉江邊，再坐個蘿蔔快跑，很愜意。
服務：服務非常好，有問必答，有疑必解，值得選擇。

酒店整體環境特別好，在歸元寺旁邊也很安靜。房間真的很不錯！！房間很亮堂，整體也特別乾淨，有一個大浴缸🛁，設計合理。一進房間都被驚到了，窗簾打開就能看到歸元寺，很安靜，下雨時特別有意境，房間沙發茶几也是很有品味，有一個小冰箱特別方便。真的真的很不錯！！前台很耐心態度特別好，而且走在走廊上遇到保潔也會給我們問好，這次真的一定要給好評！（對了，酒店門口有一面紅牆也很適合打卡拍照）

來武漢的歸元寺拜財神爺爺，選擇了離開歸元寺最近的酒店，星程酒店……雙人房的床1.35挺合我心意！早餐的那一碗麪很不錯，其他的就很一般，這個海帶絲我建議你們自己嚐嚐是不是吃得下去👀可能今天日子特殊，客人多，菜品上的不及時！其他都還好……建議和歸元寺能有一個入住星程的客人有個專門的通道，否則拜完財神爺爺想再回到酒店繞點路就算了，也能理解，可是繞過來以後要和進來的客人走同一個道，我們出，他們進……這不是要“打架”了嗎[流淚]……今天真是好不容易擠出來的！進來的客人還説你們怎麼從進口往外走？我心裏有苦説不出，我想我也不想這樣走，那不是保安，警察讓我們就這麼出去，到酒店嘛[大哭]
