有幾點感受:
1.正好趕上下暴雨，房間外部有從樓頂排水的管道，聲音明顯，時有類似重物掉落的聲音，導致房間噪音很大;
2.布草一類有些陳舊，出現脱線，且毛巾未使用狀態下，有黃色小斑點;
3.房間內的抽紙不是裝滿狀態，還沒怎麼用就見底了;
4.晚九點向前台諮詢，需要兩瓶水和送一些大堂的免費曲奇餅乾，水送到了，餅乾承諾稍晚拿過來，然後沒有了然後;
5.早餐期間，因為不太餓沒吃兩口，但想打包些東西餓了再吃，被兩名現場工作人員無視;
6.早餐食材品類不夠豐富，服務人員整體素質不算太高，意識和工作反應等都有待提升;
7.送餐機器人箱體衞生情況不佳。

房間簡潔舒適，工作人員非常熱情專業，房間裏給了足夠多的飲用水，早餐來不及吃還能去前台打包，因為晚上才比賽所以要求了延遲退房前台也欣然同意，還送武漢的冰箱貼，非常好且具性價比的酒店
