來自黑鑽評價：強烈推薦的酒店！有驚喜有所值。來之前看了評論，還看了那幾條差評，憤憤不平的覺得憑什麼過個五一三四千？三亞亞特的價了。然而來之後驚喜不斷，設施，環境，衞生，服務都不錯，比想象的好很多。老婆孩子都很開心，暑假會再來的。

房間沒話説，衝著房間來二刷的。這次定的滑梯房，還降價了。但天氣不好，悽風苦雨，冷死了。草原空無一人，很多節目也沒開，衹能宅在房間裏。值得稱讚的是雲頂西餐廳，晚餐238親子套餐份量很足，味道也贊。早餐是按人頭上的套餐，也是份量好足，都吃不完。第二天趁着沒下雨，把滑滑梯狠狠玩了好幾趟，娃開心極了。

入住的滑梯房真的很棒！滑梯好玩！風景更美！早餐也很好吃！特別是管家真的超級好，超級負責，會教我怎麼玩滑梯避免受傷，上山下山都有管家接送幫忙提行李箱，完全累不着我一點！全程一站式服務，總的來説體驗感很棒！有機會會再去玩的！

一般很少差評，這個服務實在是對不起這個價格，房間兩瓶水喝完要求加兩瓶水，農夫山泉還要收五塊一瓶，這麼多年住酒店，沒有一個酒店續水是收費的，更何況這是兩千多一晚的酒店，早飯給的麪又辣又坨了，實在沒法吃，拖鞋沒穿兩下就壞了，基本上沒有服務可言。打電話問路，服務員態度非常不耐煩
