We loved , once again , staying in a Hyatt regency. Like usual the hotel convinced with a nice room (& room upgrade for us), gym/pool/spa and a good choice of restaurants - the lunch buffet is fantastic. Last but not least we got a voucher for a free photoshooting with a photographer they work together. All in all a perfect weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great experience. Ms.Chen Shuang （陈爽） helped us out with all the necessities while we were there. I particularly liked the interior design and atmosphere of this hotel. The service and food were exceptional. We will choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located, only about a 5-minute walk from the meeting venue. It is well-maintained, very clean, and offers excellent value.

I stayed many times at this hotel as I frequently travel to Wuhan and it saddens me to say this hotel service is only worsen every time I stay there.
It is the ONLY 5 stars hotel in China where no one assist you with your luggage when you arrive or go.
No one greet you, you receive nothing from the management, no fruits at your room, really nothing is welcoming you to stay there even tough I always take the largest room.
Breakfast (especially the famous Wuhan hot noodles) was not good in the first two days, don't know what happened that it changed after. no consistency no service really nothing special in the room.
Starting next time I will stay at one of the Marriot hotels in the city.

Location is very good only a few steps from the metro station. Breakfast is full of choices. Only negative point is too low bed.
