房間依水而建，安靜獨立，環境優美，園區很大，管家在出行之前會提前聯繫，服務態度很好，隨時安排車輛接送，有室外泳池，小朋友很喜歡，吃的也不錯，挺滿意的，就是天氣太熱啦

一般吧 不值這個價格 所有項目都要二次收費而且比外面的貴 點的餐食送到房間裏面用的一次性外賣包裝盒 和一次性筷子 點了湯但是連個勺子都沒有 服務人員看起來客氣 但是感覺什麼都考慮不到 培訓不夠到位 總結：距離高端酒店的配套娛樂和服務還差很遠

週末親子出遊不二選擇，相較於遊玩項目最出色的是服務人員，工作人員小李來回奔波接送，在我們不熟悉地圖情況下，而且還多次幫忙採買生活物資。十分感謝。下次還會帶娃繼續光顧。

説實話，在外面住過那麼多次，這是一次非常失望的經歷，非常糟糕的體驗。入住當天晚上準備洗澡的時候停水了，安排的管家是第二天中午才上班的，早上從八點開始找前台聯繫車送去早餐，一直到快九點電話沒有打通過，還是找攜程幫忙協調的，而且也不知道那些早餐好評都是從哪裡來的，酒店的晚餐也是又貴又難吃
