When you arrive at the concierge they don’t take your bags to your room, they just direct you and you have to find your own room which was a first for me. Secondly, they did not include any welcome message even on their TV to just assure that the room was reserved for me , additionally, they didn’t include any welcome gifts as small as some fruits or a drink, but any drink included was to be charged. These areas need improvement. At breakfast i found it odd that that they mix Pork sausages and chicken sausages in the same serving bowl, which made me not to eat as I don’t eat pork. May these be improved as I am a frequent visitor and would want to consider Intercontinental Hotel again.

It does not meet the hotel's positioning standards at all. The breakfast standard of 100 per person is the usual breakfast variety of ordinary hotels. There is one apple, one pear and one orange in the room. If not ten days, it will be half a month. We went out to play during the day, and when we came back, there was no mineral water, and the hygiene was not cleaned. They said that we pressed the do not disturb button, so at least we could contact by phone, but there was no phone. We did not feel any other services. In short, I will never stay in this hotel again, and there is no room at night.
