前台小女生服務熱情，有求必應，酒店位置很好離車站很近，附近兩條地鐵線，早餐種類豐富好吃，樓上就有自助洗衣房很方便還可以請人幫忙洗烘好送回房間，總之很滿意的一次體驗！

服務很好很貼心，前台小姐姐還給升級了房型，竹居和公共區域非常的有格調。洗衣房物品齊全。工作人員都很有禮貌。房間很大,各項設施齊全完美，床品舒適柔軟。地理位置也很不錯的，體驗感棒棒！

前台辦入住很方便，熱情周到，可以停車幫忙指引，貼心辦入住，房間有耳塞，乾淨衞生，退房送了暖心水～
晚上怕冷，前台還給添加了厚被子
送洗服務第二天早上會準時送到，衣服是暖暖的，雖然不是香香的
整體還是非常滿意，最後走之前送了伴手禮，還有一直會説話的“蒜鳥”，給這次的武漢之旅增添了不少樂趣，小孩特別喜歡
