非常差，關鍵沒有一點安全措施，假期帶長者和孩子出遊，房間設施一塌糊塗（簡陋且臟亂，電話全部全故障，安全設施無），第一天晚上熱水被要求凌晨十二點之後才可能有（説假期人多就這樣），浴室沒有防滑拖鞋和防滑墊，導致長者第一天晚上到凌晨洗澡就摔骨折，可憐我們第二天就帶着長者返程住院治療。可是店家股東直到次日才出現，且理直氣壯，認為主要責任在客户自己，並使用假設不在賓館也可能摔跤等措辭，並挑釁可以報警可以投訴。作為一個管理多家賓館的公司管理者，一點責任心和社會公德沒有，雖然是個例，但是因為缺乏基本的素質，嚴重影響一個外來人對武漢的初次評價，我對其管理的24家賓館的服務和安全管理表示堪憂，也給所有來武漢出行的朋友提個醒。遠離這樣的黑賓館，抵制其賺黑心錢！！！

第一次住這個酒店，酒店服務態度好，房間整潔乾淨，酒店有電梯外賣可以送上樓，位置也好，去哪都很方便，價格實惠，續住也有客房阿姨做衞生
