小朋友很喜歡極樂湯，去了幾次了，雖然相比武漢別的水會吃的東西品種不算多，但口味還是不錯的，起碼不是預製菜。吃的零食品種有點少，飲料品種比較多，有哈根達斯和八喜的冰淇淋，下午三點還有極地的小動物過來遛彎，蠻有意思的。外面泳池時不時會有工作人員投喂公共玩的水槍和救生圈。適合躺平。

環境優越乾淨衞生，極地海洋世界門口。來玩的首選極樂湯泉酒店。工作人員服務熱情，態度好，早餐也很豐盛。孩子住了兩天晚上還捨不得走。

設施的確陳舊，服務態度整體是及格線以上的。衞生不算特別乾淨，小童樂園海洋球裏能踩到辣條，地毯不知道是不是舊了，臟兮兮的感覺。值得吐槽的是99的自助，剛開始不知道大家為什麼趕在開門的時候去，去晚了才發現啥也吃不到了。小龍蝦就兩撥，第一批是開門的時候，第二批出鍋已經快九點了，沒趕上第一批的人真的想罵人，就看着空空的鍋等。問就是還在做。唉，都是套路。明明可以提前預備保證充足的供應，就是膈應人，就是玩不起…

衞生：挺乾淨的
環境：就在洗浴中心三樓，二樓是遊樂區，一樓是洗浴區和吃飯區域，一站式挺方便
服務：接待人員和服務人員態度很好
缺點：武漢幾乎所以洗浴中心的浴服都要單獨收費，不是很理解，我在全國其他洗浴中心時都是免費提供浴服
