It’s beautiful and super cute. It was clean. We didn’t do much because of the rain but we enjoyed our stay in the chalet.

We booked this hotel for a trip. It said it was close to the tourist attractions. We arrived early and luckily there were rooms available, so we could check in early. The only problem was... there was no restaurant on site. We missed breakfast, and with no takeout nearby, we wanted to eat at the hotel. The hotel didn't offer any meals, but the room brochure mentioned room service and a Chinese restaurant. Another thing was the hairdryer in the bathroom was a bit scary. It was loud, hot, and had a burnt smell. It was a bit scary, so I didn't use it. I ended up sleeping with wet hair. If you're not looking for proximity to tourist attractions, don't consider it. But if you're really close, consider it.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the entrance to Mulan Tianchi Lake.
Besides changing bath towels and providing drinking water daily, there are no other services.
Of the two elevators, only one is operational.
The lobby is dark.
The front desk was empty when I checked in.
The front desk was mostly empty during my stay.
The hot water was very cold. I asked the front desk and was told there was a plumbing problem, with no information on when it would be repaired.
Overall: 4-star location, 3-star facilities, 1-star service.
The price is probably the most expensive in the area.

The room is big enough, but the heating is not powerful, the hot water in the shower is very slow, and the shower is very cold.
The worst thing was the breakfast, not to mention the lack of variety. On such a cold day during the Chinese New Year, all the containers were opened, the food was basically cold, and my stomach hurt from eating it. Just this and 38 more people!

Not recommended. The Ctrip price of 391 included two breakfasts, while others booked 319, which also included scenic spot tickets. The hot water took 10 minutes to heat up, and the shower gel in the room had been used up by the previous guest and hadn't been replaced. The lobby smelled moldy as soon as you entered.
