房間設施雖然不高端，但是衞生做的很乾凈，整整齊齊的，性價比很高，出門就是地鐵站，出行很方便，而且老闆人也蠻好的。

説實話，剛開始進來覺得這個小區有點舊舊的，自己心裏有點打退堂鼓了，後面想了想這麼便宜的住宿也不能挑剔太多，但是進去之後老闆很熱情招呼我，裏面衞生也都蠻乾淨的，睡了一晚發現也蠻好，後面就又住了幾晚，這裏住的人氛圍都很好，小區也安靜，出行也方便，其實越住越會發現這裏的優點越多，下次來武漢還會選擇這裏。

第一次來武漢，也是第一次住羣租房，來之前房東就主動給我説這邊是老小區，問我對環境有沒有特殊要求，我説還好，我本以為很破，結果去了之後，老小區的格調雖然改變不了，但是被房東收拾的乾乾淨淨的，房間也沒有味道，被褥都是新換洗的，雖然是老小區，但是房間佈置盡顯房東的真誠。

周邊環境很好，配套的生活設施都很完善，而且離地鐵站也很近，步行5分鐘左右，很適合來武漢玩的同學們來住
