Wuhan Jianghan Road Radisson RED Hotel

I've never had experienced a blackout while in a bathtub before. It was frightening. While i managed to get help eventually it affected my sleep. I was in shock and found it hard to sleep. Plus i feared more paranormal activity would happen. As i checked out i told the service staff about the bad night i had after electricity was restored to my room, i got the same standard reply on how it could have happened - the hotel leaves the key card inside the room, powering it 24/7 hence it could trip. To be honest id rather enter a hot room than experience total darkness while in a bath tub. The checkout staff simply said it like it was normal and let me go. I just thought everyone should know of how little rest i have ever had on a trip. Cleanliness of the room was not great, there was a small piece of matter left on the living room floor suggesting the room floor wasn't swept and droplets at the edge of the toilet bowl floor like a men had been using and no one bothered to wash the floor. Anyway besides the scary experience, hotel breakfast was decent and i got prompt response when i called room service. Definitely won't be back.

Spacious room catered for family, new establishment and great accessibility.

One of the best hotel experience in my travels. Breakfast buffet was delicious, they had rose-flavoured mousse. Our room had a washing machine and lounge in addition to the beds and bathroom. Service was polite and helpful, they gave us fruit on arrival. Would highly recommend!

The hotel service is superb! Friendly, helpful, clean, and the location is good too. The breakfast is varies and delicious.

Very new and clean hotel, really like the room because it is very spacious (like a suite), equipped with washing and dryer machine, which is very useful. The downside is that there are only 2 lifts serving the hotel guests (from Level 2 to 17 if not wrong), will need to wait for quite some time during peak hours. This hotel is not located at tourist attractions spot but close to few shopping malls. No eateries or convenience stores near the hotel but to get food from shopping malls (closest is 凯德广场). Metro is about 6-7 minutes walk from hotel. Wide selection of food at breakfast hour.
