MayAnn Man'an Hotel (Wuhan Gutian Fourth Road Light Rail Station)

Cleanliness: Overall, no major issues with the sanitation. Facilities: The air conditioning and the handheld hair dryer in the room had issues. The soundproofing wasn't very good, and there were issues with ventilation. The noise was excessive (see video below!). Service: 1. There was no staff on duty at night, only a newcomer. I informed them there was a problem with my room that needed to be addressed. After waiting for 15 minutes, the security guard stood at the door without knocking. The front desk clerk called and said they heard some noise and could extend my check-out until 3 PM free of charge. I said they were fixing the problem, so why didn't they come in to check it out? Then, five minutes later, they came in and told me there was indeed a major problem, it couldn't be fixed, and I could stay in another room for a free night. The temperature in the new room remained at 28°C until I checked out. Every time it dropped below 25°C, there was a loud blast of air, as shown in the picture below. I had no choice but to sleep in without a blanket and check out at 2 AM! Sleeping in until 2 AM was my membership extension, regardless of any hotel benefits! 2. Around 1:00 AM, the hotel added me on WeChat and told me I could cancel my reservation online, fearing I'd leave a negative review. Not only did they cancel my reservation, but they also asked me to pay 150 RMB for the room. This hotel is incredibly poor and small-minded! 3. I didn't know there was a welcome gift when I entered the room, and none was given. I was so annoyed. 4. I was thirsty this morning and asked if they had ice water or cold drinks. As a restaurant with a convenient convenience store, they told me they didn't have any iced drinks! Overall: The hotel is very frugal. The staff understands that guests have been harmed and are doing their best to compensate them. The manager, however, simply offers the lowest price possible to recoup the guests' losses, making it seem like they're just short of 100 RMB.

The hotel is very average. The negative oxygen ion and forest nourishment they advertised are useless. They also offer free milk when you check in, but no one delivers it.

這次來這個酒店住體驗感還是蠻不錯的，旁邊就是地鐵站，出行去哪裡都特別的方便，酒店還配有專用的停車場，工作人員態度也都挺好房間的衞生也做的特別到位，裏面的設施設備都特別的齊全，超級不錯，好評好評！！！！

這次的整體入住體驗感還是非常不錯的，旁邊就是地鐵出行都很方便，周圍有很多小吃街，早餐店也在附近，離得很近，都是武漢的特色美食，酒店還配有專業的停車場，這家酒店的衞生吶服務都做的特別的到位，下次來這邊還會選這家酒店入住，必須好評！！！！

酒店環境還是很不錯的，工作人員服務態度也挺好的。入住的時候安排了一個空間比較大一點的房間，房間設施都很不錯，有一次性的馬桶墊和刮鬍刀。房間都配有智能小度，很方便。酒店性價比還是挺高的，床睡得也比較舒服，採光不錯，值得入住一下。

房間住的特別滿意，已經在這家酒店住了好多天了，房間設施設備都很齊全，乾淨整潔，酒店的工作人員都特別的熱情，也很有耐心，旁邊就是地鐵站，出行很方便，周圍小吃也特別多，酒店還配有專用的停車場，整體的體驗感特別不錯，歡迎大家來這家酒店入住，特別推薦，好評，好評！！！[強][強][強][強]
