這次出行定的武漢曼安酒店，整體感覺還是很可以的，有專用的停車場，前台工作人員服務態度也比較熱情，房間乾淨衞生。床也挺舒服的，每個房間都配居家制冷小度和空氣凈化器，用品都也蠻齊全的。推薦一下

衞生：整體環境衞生沒得大的問題
設施：房間空調問題和手台吹風機問題隔音效果不太理解，通風問題，噪音過重下方會有視頻為止！！！

晚上沒有值班人員，衹有一個新來的，告知房間出現問題需要解決，等了15分鐘，保安員在門口站着，不敲門，前台來電話説是聽見一點聲音，可以給您免費延到15點退，我説是要解決問題，都不用進來看一下嗎？然後又過了5分鐘進來了，告知確實存在很大問題，解決不了，可以換一個房間免費讓我住一晚，換到新房間直到我退房，温度還是28度，每次開到25度以下就有巨大的出風聲，如圖所下，我衹能不蓋被子，睡到2點鐘退了房！ 睡到2點鐘是我會員延遲的，不管酒店任何福利待遇！

1點鐘左右酒店方加我微信 ，告知可以網上取消訂單，生怕我隨便評價給予差評，取消訂單就算了，還需要我付款150塊錢的房費酒店也是很窮，格局很小啊！

進這個房間也不知道有沒有歡迎禮品，沒有任何歡迎禮品送，收到了一大堆的氣

早上很渴詢問有沒有冰水或者冰飲料，作為一個餐廳還具備便捷式便利店 告訴我沒有任何冰鎮的飲品！
總體評價:酒店很會節省錢財，員工都知道客人利益受到損害了，儘量的補救客人，經理衹知道一味的用最低價去挽回客人的損失，搞得客人很像差這100塊錢似的

在這家酒店入住了很多次了，體驗感很棒。酒店位置優越，工作人員服務態度很好，房間也還挺不錯的，床墊和枕頭都很舒適，空間很大，設施很齊全，採光很好。房間很多設施都是小度可以直接控制的，很快捷，很不錯，值得大家體驗一下。

看這家酒店評分還可以，就訂了房間，真的挺不錯的，住的也還挺滿意的。設施設備很齊全，馬桶還是智能的。前台小姐姐服務很好，主動打招呼都是面帶微笑的，酒店還可以幫忙寄存行李。房間也很好，夜景也不錯，整體十分滿意。下次來武漢還會選擇這裏。

真是一家性價比很高的酒店，位置挺好找的，就在地鐵站旁邊，房間寬敞，設施新穎好用，WiFi速度也很快，都是中央空調，每個房間都是帶有窗户的，工作人員態度很好，也很耐心的解決各種問題，值得給個五星好評推薦一下
