前台接待親切，機場接送準時，清晨出發前會有叫醒服務。酒店房間設施一般，轉機為目的的住宿，也夠湊合。若以房價論，光機場來回接送也算值了

因為是早班機，想找個離機場近的，看了評價覺得還不錯就訂了，沒想到會這麼差，一進屋一股煙味兒，枕頭一股頭油味兒，沒有一次性拖鞋，真的是一鎚子買賣，因為到酒店很晚了，也不方便再找別的地方了，晚上連衣服都沒敢脱，湊合了一晚上。對了，還抓了兩衹大蚊子。

離機場挺近的，我們下午到，很快安排了司機來接我們。前台小姐姐服務態度也好，接哦們的過程中發生了一點小插曲，在機場等行李箱等了一陣，服務特別的貼心，打電話問候了幾次司機是否有接到我們，有感覺很貼心服務很好到達酒店後，司機大哥也是幫我們拿行李上樓。入住再去市內玩兒晚上去黃鶴樓，商業街逛。第二天早上一大早的飛機也給哦們一家三口平安送到機場。
