這是我住過服務最差的酒店，沒有之一。辦入住的時候全程冷冰冰的，透露着不耐煩。去前台要針線包也是這個樣子，就説讓我回去等着，停了一會兒送到房間，門敲的震天響，我打開門，沒有任何的交流，也沒看我一眼，遞了東西就走了。
房間衞生差，吹風機油乎乎的，拿水池上面的小方巾擦了一下，退房後前台打電話告知毛巾污染要扣20元。關鍵是加了我的微信也沒有給我拍無損的圖片，完全就是亂扣錢。
按金300元也不退，太爛了……

不愧是高品質酒店！一進大堂就被高級大氣的設計驚艷到，裝修用料講究，整體環境安靜又舒適，完全沒有嘈雜感。前台團隊的服務堪稱典範，從引導停車到辦理入住全程微笑服務，小雨小吳態度熱情又專業，還特意根據我的需求調整了房間朝向，細節處盡顯用心，體驗感滿分！

酒店公共場所空氣沉悶，地面停車場蚊子一大片一開車門就跑車裡，早餐要步行十分鐘且路標不明確而且九點半就沒了，服務員不專業。
