全季分高級，商務，豪華房，這次訂了豪華雙床房，顯示是訂了酒店最貴面積最大的房型，來時提前詢問有沒有房得到肯定答覆，進屋看到佈局圖才知道給我的是2樓北面最小的房子，這怎麼也不可能對。另外窗户關不上，電視機遙控器沒反應，衞生也一塌糊塗。早餐麪檔的老阿姨做牛肉麪的，看我一個女性帶孩子把所有嚼不爛的肥腸還是牛筋全給了我，估計有七八片，吃了幾片拍照還有五六塊，一片牛肉也沒有。而第一天老公讓下的牛肉麪完全不是這樣。華住金卡會員好幾年，現在好酒店那麼多，越來越覺得緣分已盡。一分送給2樓做衞生的工作人員幫忙，很好。

全季酒店還是比較乾淨整潔的酒店，在華住會下。也算檔次高的，有機器人送餐，有自助洗衣服務。前台小姑娘主動幫我升級了房間，退房後還主動幫我送上出租車！這個服務絕對到位！以後有會入住的。
