Enjoy staying at this hotel when in Wuhan as it's close to friends. Easy to get places from here and a lovely area of the city. Staff are helpful and responsive, the room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. Excellent counter and breakfast service. Excellent location for my business trip to the best international school in Wuhan (WYIS). Great room, clean, enjoyable and comfortable. The only small issue I had was not being able to work the air conditioner for it was a little warm in the room. I highly recommend this 5 star hotel.

Modena is clean and staff are friendly. Unfortunately it’s not near a subway and is a long ways from the airport. 2 complaints: 1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker. 2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.
