The facilities, ambiance, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade. The location is very convenient for getting around and is quite close to shopping malls. Free underground parking is available.

Even though we arrived quite late, the front desk service was excellent. The room was very spacious and equipped with smart features. The view from the window was also lovely. Transportation was very convenient, and it was pleasantly quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance. Highly recommended!

Came to Wuhan with friends and the kids. We visited the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge, both of which were incredibly crowded. Our accommodation was decent, and the location was very convenient for getting around. We hope to visit again in the future!

I brought my daughter to Wuhan for a competition. The night before her exam, she suddenly developed a high fever, her face flushed crimson, and she clutched my hand, whimpering, 'Mommy, I'm scared.' My voice trembling, I called the front desk to ask for the nearest hospital. Xiao Shan, who was on duty, immediately reassured me, 'Don't panic, sis. I'll send up a cooling patch first, and then ask 'Big Sister' to brew some ginger tea for you!' In no time, Xiao Shan and Big Sister arrived with a first-aid kit and the ginger tea. They skillfully applied the cooling patch to my daughter and rubbed her palms, murmuring, 'Don't be afraid, dear. Auntie's child also took exams, and a fever just means your body is fighting!' To my great surprise, they had also prepared some coarse grain porridge, explaining, 'The porridge is cooked thin, perfect for someone with a fever.' The ceramic spoon clinked against the bowl, and the warmth brought tears to my eyes. Xiao Shan, worried we might need something in the middle of the night, even left many items from the first-aid kit for us to use. The next morning, as we were leaving the hotel, Xiao Shan had already finished his shift. His colleague surprised us by giving my daughter some snacks, saying they knew about our situation and were concerned she might not have an appetite for breakfast. 'These are to settle her stomach and calm her nerves. She'll surely perform exceptionally after eating them!' My daughter ultimately entered the exam hall with the cooling patch still on, but I was weeping uncontrollably at the entrance. Not because of nerves, but because these strangers had turned mere 'help' into a profound and genuine bond. I'll never forget the reliability and heartfelt care of this Atour hotel in Wuhan. From now on, whenever I travel, I'll always choose Atour.

I booked this hotel for a concert at Hongshan Gymnasium. The location is incredibly convenient – just a 3-minute walk from the subway exit, and even closer to the venue's North Entrance. The hotel is very new and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Many thoughtful details were well-executed. As a gold member, I even got a room upgrade, and the view was fantastic.

The room was clean and tidy, featuring bright floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view of Wuhan city. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and late-night congee was also available. The facilities were excellent; the gym was impressive, and laundry services were complimentary.
