好喜歡這個大廳的裝修，前台的小哥哥小姐姐特別熱情，天熱一進門就給我倒了杯水，想要安靜的給我推薦的這個房間也很不錯，房間衞生乾淨 住了好幾天體驗很好，下次來武漢還住這裏

一進大廳 眼前一亮 很乾凈 從大廳就可以看出來 他們的房間也會非常的乾淨 果不其然 進到房間裏面 衞生一塵不染 而且這個看電影的屏幕也很大 投影很清晰 電影都是免費的 非常好！從服務到衞生 都沒有任何話説 交通便利！非常推薦！

首選我要誇的就是這個服務哦 進到大堂 前台的帥哥美女很熱情的給我打招呼 還給我遞茶水 拿的行李比較多 還幫我把行李送到房間 很棒哦 再就是衞生 房間是沒用什麼灰塵之類的 床上用品 洗漱用品也是非常乾淨的 房間很大 很敞亮 也不吵 這個價格 性價比很高 ！交通也很便利 客房阿姨也很好 ！總體的體驗感 棒棒的！非常推薦！

房間吹風機是壞的，使用的時候有異響，叫前台送了新的吹風機，結果新的吹風機冷風檔用不了，熱風檔冒火星，風還忽大忽小。叫了蛋糕的外賣讓幫忙放酒店冰箱，去拿的時候感覺前台蠻不耐煩的，説了蛋糕是積慕的，第一次拿了別人的好利來，第二次拿對了但漏了餐具，她一次次説沒有了、不是你們的、之類的話，臉色也不好看，但我們明明一直在説謝謝，明明是服務人員態度卻比消費者還差。臨走退房卡的時候明明我們車快到了，前台非説給個好評不然會扣錢，如果態度好一點或者説聲謝謝我都不會不願意好評，何況扣錢也不是我的責任…從入住到退房服務態度都很差。

體考陪同過來的，離湖北大學很近，房間衞生整體還是挺不錯的，就拿衞生間來説，馬桶清洗很乾凈，洗漱台也沒有任何水漬，甚至連垃圾桶都清潔得沒有異味，房間隔音相對也挺不錯的，這種細緻入微的清潔工作讓人感到格外安心。這邊前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度挺好的，有問必答，交通也很方便，地鐵附近，對面還有商場，吃喝玩住一條龍
