"Overall, while the location and cleanliness are good, poor service, maintenance neglect, and unfair treatment made our stay disappointing. The staff were very unhelpful and dismissive with maintenance issues. The shower head holder was broken and never fixed, and on our last morning the A/C stopped working with no resolution and follow-up. Our room faced the inner courtyard and the window couldn’t be opened, making it uncomfortably warm which we had to leave the door open until checkout. We also experienced discriminatory behavior: when we requested a higher floor at check-in, we were told it was unavailable, yet a Caucasian traveler who checked in afterward received the same request."

"Great hostel. The beds were comfortable and stable, with good-sized lockers and rooms. The location is amazing, and you can explore Warclow on foot with no problem. If you are here for the Christmas market, it is right in front of the hostel; it can't get better than this. Noise during the week is not a problem, since the market closes at 22hrs, but this is a neighborhood with several restaurants, bars, clubs, and casinos, so on weekends it does get loud later in the night, that is the downside of being in a central zone. My only issue with the hostel was with the showers. There is no place or support for you to leave your clothes and to dry ourself. For the 3 showers, there was only one stool that could be used for some support, but if you are there after someone, it won't be available. So, you will have to do some gymnastics to keep everything hanging from the curtain's bar. Not only that, but one of the curtains had a big hole right in the middle, making that shower unusable. Besides that, my stay here is really good."

"Overall, I have very mixed feelings. 1. Tasty breakfasts from the menu; the buffet is ridiculous; it would be better if there wasn't one. Two juices to choose from, apple and pear :) and remember, this is a 5-star hotel. There's not even honey for the tea. So, compared to a competing hotel nearby for the same price, I don't know why you're paying so much for breakfast. 2. The photos of the rooms on the trip were slightly different from the real thing. There was no picture on the wall and no chair to sit on. 3. Poor quality, unbranded cosmetics. They irritate the skin. There's not even a label to read the ingredients."

"The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from Wrocław Central Station. There's a convenience store nearby, and tram and bus routes run through the area, making transportation convenient. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious."
