"What can I say a gem of a hotel within easy walking distance to the town square, the staff were warm and welcoming, the room we had was a deluxe double that overlooked a church and was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the only negative and this is very minor we struggled to find the entrance at first on arrival not realising we needed to go down an alley way at the front of the building. Thanks for a lovely stay we would not hesitate to use this hotel again 🥰"

"In fact, overall I think it is a very good hotel. The decoration of the room is very classic European style, but there are some small shortcomings that make me really angry! But I must admit that overall I am very satisfied because it is still very clean, the room is quite big, the location is good, and the Wi-Fi is very fast. 1. The attitude at the front desk is very bad. When I checked in last night, the boy didn't smile at all. He was impatient with my requests! I think that as a hotel, you should have the most basic service attitude when facing guests, and you should have the most basic smile between people, but he gave me the feeling that he hates this job at all. 2. There is no sound insulation between the rooms. In the room he gave me at the beginning, the two people next to me spoke very loudly. I could hear them clearly in the room. I asked to change rooms, but he ignored me. She said there was no way to change, but later I was aggressive and really got angry. I said I wanted to change rooms, so she gave me room 806. 3. You can basically hear the sound of the tram outside in the room, but it is quiet at night. The sound of the tram comes again the next morning. Fortunately, it is not serious."

The front desk service was professional and friendly, and check-in and inquiries were handled quickly. The rooftop sauna, lounge area, and river views were a definite plus, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive. It offers both a holiday feel and easy access for city exploration, making it suitable for solo travelers, couples, or weekend getaways. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Wroclaw."
