"I tried to open the door with the card given to me at the hotel reception desk and go in, but I was surprised to see someone's belongings, so I went back to the desk. The desk told me to wait, saying that they had to call the housekeeper to check. It was around 6pm at that time, but I couldn't wait any longer, so I had dinner and came back at 7:30pm. I received a room, but it was a king-size single bed instead of the twin bed I had originally reserved. There was no hairdryer or heater in the room, and cold air was leaking in through the window. The staff apologized, refunded the parking fee, and that was the end of it. It was a total mess."

"Hotel located a 5-minute walk from the historic center. The front desk was very responsive via Booking.it chat (which isn't a given) and efficient, although checkout took a while. My room was on the fourth floor, and from the window I enjoyed a pleasant view of an Orthodox cathedral. The windows have blackout curtains, but they don't provide good noise insulation, so if you're sensitive to street noise (especially tram noise) at night, bring earplugs. The room was nice, clean (but be careful with the towels, as they can get stained) and equipped with every comfort. Breakfast offered a wide selection: a sweet and savory buffet, hot and cold drinks, and the option to order dishes from the kitchen."
