"For the money you don’t expect a 5 star hotel however on arrival our room was not done. We had no sheets/towels. We decided to eat in the restaurant which was a mistake food was cold, hair in the meal and dirty cutlery. Going back to our room the beds had been made up and towels provide. However we were woken up in the middle of the night with screaming opposite our room with someone banging on the door opposite shouting a man’s name. We then decided to complain and after 4 emails with reference numbers/ voucher codes our names/ full address etc the complaints department said they could not see our booking ? I guess it must have just been a bad dream…"
