"I've stayed here several times over the last few years and always have a good stay. The location is fantastic and I always go for a seafront room, as the view is so lovely. The reason I stay here is mainly for that view and for having such easy access to the beach. I love that I can just cross the road and be on the beach. The rooms are a bit tired-looking, same as every Premier Inn I've ever been to, and would benefit from a deep clean, but on the surface, they are fine and I've not had any major issues. Some of the staff are friendly. The lady who often works in the breakfast room is always so jolly and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveller. The food at breakfast is pretty good. I liked that some mornings they took orders for the cooked food because it meant everything arrived really fresh and hot."

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room was not clean on arrival, which was especially frustrating given that I paid a lot of money for two nights. I raised the issue with reception and specifically asked for someone to clean the room. I even moved the chairs out of the way so the mess could be dealt with properly. However, when I returned later, I found that nothing had been cleaned and the room was still in the same state. I raised the matter again with reception, but their only response was “thank you for bringing it to our attention,” and no action was taken."
