Homewood Suites by Hilton Waterloo/St. Jacobs Reviews

I went to stay a homewood suites and it was a memorable stay of 2 days along with my partner. Everything was hassle free, starting from Check-in to Check-out, and Breakast.

Good location and functional room design with segregation between living and bedroom. Very good accessibility of the wifi. As compared up the other 2 hotels in Toronto where extensive information was requested before the wifi can be activated

Everyone was friendly, I love the atmosphere here. Lot of parking here

The overall feeling is very good. It is very close to the famous farmers market in Waterloo, a few minutes walk. The hotel breakfast is very convenient. Although there is not much variety, it is very casual. The room is huge.

The hotel is very quiet, the room is large, the staff has good service attitude, and there is breakfast

The rooms are spacious and cost-effective. The hotel also gives candies to every room during Easter. Maybe because I stayed longer, they even sent candies to my room on another day.

Very average hotel. The breakfast is also terrible. Not recommended.

Facilities: Basic facilities are complete, basically consistent with the perception of overseas hotels Cleanliness: Overall clean and tidy, but not cleaned every day, and the refrigerator and dishwasher in the room are very noisy Service: There is only one person at the front desk. If you have any questions, you can only go to the front desk. Location: There are several hotels nearby, about a 10-minute drive from the university, but the surrounding area feels very desolate
