Conveniently located in Workingham, next to a large supermarket.
Reading is a 20-minute drive away, which is quite convenient.
Will stay again.
There is a parking lot in the hotel which is free from 9pm to 9am. You will have to pay for parking after the time limit. Be sure to pay attention to the parking lot charges! If you make a mistake, you will be fined.

The room is quite big. There is an Adi supermarket next to it, as well as Starbucks, a cinema, and the town fitness center is opposite. It is very close to the town center and the train station on foot. There is no service, and there is no one at the reception desk. Cleaning You have to tell the receptionist about the room before someone can come.

Bed very comfy, quiet room, clean, accessible room suited my needs, even had a USB plug socket! Staff friendly. Windows did not open at all but there was air-con. Blackout curtains were great too! Stayed for 3 nights will be returning. Didn't use restaurant but it looked clean and inviting.

When I'm staying in the area for business I always try to stay here. Whilst Premier Inn's are not the most exciting or luxurious in the world I find that they're very consistent. The beds are consistently comfortable, rooms and bathrooms consistently clean and breakfast is consistently ok. Staff are very friendly. It'd be nice if the self check in booths we working more often than being broken.

We had booked myself, my son and a friend of mine. (2 adults and 1 child). When we arrived, we had discovered the booking was for 1 adult only! I have no idea how the mistake happened. The staff were helpful and managed to change our room to one that would fit us all in. Our room didn't have enough pillows, so I asked for more. They were very good and got us some straight away. My son wanted some milk for the room in the morning and we hadn't paid for breakfast. I asked if we could have some and again the staff were very happy to help. The only complaint I have is the parking! I have always parked near a family members address but could not do so this time due to new parking measures. I had to use the multistorey carpark that the hotel recommended. This had to be paid via the Ringo App, the hotel supplied the car park Ringo number. This is £8 per day, 6am to 10pm. Free through the night. What was a cheap few nights added up to not so cheap when we had to pay for the parking. The location is in the centre of town, access to food places and shops within minutes of walking in any direction. The train station a 5 minute walk with direct links to Reading and London. A lovely field and park for the kids just round the corner too.

What a pleasure it was to stay here. We were only booked in for 1 night, but couldn't have been treated any better. When we arrived, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The dinner/breakfast deal was great. The food & staff in the dining room couldn't have been better. Our room was very clean, with everything we needed. We will be back.

Very well presented and clean. Friendly service at check in. Bed comfy and room not too warm. I was surprised there was only one pillow on the bed (although there were spares stored in a bag under the bed). Only two teabags, would’ve like a few more. But a good night’s sleep and a convenient location for a very reasonable price.

Outstanding staff, went above and beyond. As a large party of 10, including 3 children and a baby, we were made comfortable and welcome. Nothing was too much for the very friendly staff, even sorting out parking problems in a local car park for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great central location. Quiet comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. However, parking at the Carnival Car Park resulted in a parking ticket. We had tickets for all days of our stay. We purchased them at the pay station in the hotel and entered our license number. Signs everywhere said you did not need to display your tickets. When we returned to our car at the end of our stay we were shocked to see the parking ticket. We spoke to the hotel and they were aware that this had happened to previous guests. We went to the council offices near by to resolve this but there were no representatives for parking located there. We went on line and logged a challenge to the ticket but other than an automatic message saying the challenge had been received we have heard nothing. On doing some googling it seems that this is not an isolated case. It's sad that this turned our stay into a negative experience. Sadly we will look for another hotel on our next visit.

I stayed at Premier Inn Wokingham Town Centre in February, and it was an amazing experience! From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable room, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the room had all the essentials, including a well-heated space—perfect for the chilly weather. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options and excellent service. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Wokingham, yet still peaceful and quiet. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service—I’ll definitely be back!
