"It’s just sad. Premium paid for mediocre service. Lovely backgrounds just to be destroyed by concrete and glass without any higher meaning. Staff treats you like unwanted neighbor even though you’re paying couple grands. Food is no more than hotel standard. Going further we booked three days and we were practically kicked out due to postponing our stay to next weekend and someone misinterpreted our schedule. They made us wait couple hours until decided their approach when we told them that we booked 3 nights. Customer is always right? Hah, not here. If you’re looking for a pleasing place, do not come here, there are many better and nicer places than this synthetic wannabe glamour festival."

"We were accommodated at the Hotel Vestina in Malinka from 16 to 19 June 2026. At first, the hotel made a great impression on us. Excellent cuisine and a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the last night of our stay was absolutely appalling. At 10:00 PM, when Poland has a "nightly silence", a party started with very loud music from other guests. I called the reception, where I was told that these events are common in the Hotel and it is normal and that the party will end at midnight. However, the music continued. Given that we had room 123, which was directly above the restaurant where the party was taking place, we could not sleep at all. At 1:16 AM, I personally went to the reception to ask for the event to end. There was no one at the reception and when we finally got a receptionist, he told us that the event would continue until 2:00 AM and was permitted by the hotel manager and that the manager would do nothing about it. The party actually ended at 3:00 AM, so we didn't get any sleep. I think the main purpose of the hotel is to stay overnight and no one should be disturbed by loud music late at night. Moreover, the receptionist was not able to ensure peace and quiet."

Services in hotel are perfect. We appreciate that stuff with pleasure explained if we didn't unrestood esp. in restaurant."

"The apartment initially appeared clean and fragrant. After dissolving, the air freshener revealed the dog odor, which was most bothersome at night. The dog fee is high, so I don't understand the need for proper disinfection. The most intense odor lingered in the extra bed, which was prepared for a child. I returned sleep-deprived and with a skin allergy. We didn't get the cleaning service, which in our case was supposed to take place at breakfast, while the dog was waiting for its owners in the room. On the day of departure, I was surprised by a question from a gentleman who didn't introduce himself: "Haven't you left yet?" It was around 12 noon, when the hotel's check-in time was 2 p.m. On the more pleasant side: the resort's good location. The facility has a playground and playroom for children, as well as a training area for dogs. The apartment is bright and spacious. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked and regularly replenished. The "Lazy Sundays" offer makes it easy to escape Wisła from the crowded weekends."
