"It’s a nice little hotel although my only complaint would be the fact that the TV is not set up or is able to be set up to watch Netflix or YouTube or any other streaming service when the TV has those apps and services already installed on the TV and there is also free Wi-Fi in the hotel. I tried to ask the front desk about it and they just said that’s how it is. Other than that I have no complaints."

"The price is not high, but the facilities are very old. I dare not turn on the light in the bathroom because when I turn on the light, the exhaust fan will make as loud as a tractor. The deposit was two hundred, by credit card. I checked out of the hotel and hadn't received a refund for many days. I contacted Ctrip and they said they had already processed the process but it would take many days to get a refund. This store is relatively poor, Ctrip's service is very good"

"The location is scary, downtown Windsor is like zombie town now with all the druggies. But that's nothing to do with the hotel. The staff were nice. The room was fine, the AC worked great. The breakfast was delicious."
