"Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay again. On the same street as all the shops. The staff are incredibly friendly. Room service is excellent. My son was poorly so ordered a lot to our room and came within 20 mins. Room was spotless. Cannot fault."

"The staff were very professional and friendly, however, I paid extra for an upgrade room , with larger bed.The bed was a basic double.The bathroom was extremely small , not acceptable really .There was no adequate mirror in the bedroom either .This spoilt our stay ."

"The hotel introduced by friends, there are many tourists in the city during the summer vacation, so choose this hotel that is close to the airport and convenient to the surrounding attractions. The reception desk was warm and detailed, the room was large, the shower was not very good, the breakfast was not much, and the hygiene was very clean. It is recommended to buy water and essentials in the supermarket that is approaching the hotel. The hotel's water is super expensive. Next to the hotel is the largest Mercedes-Benz store exhibition and sales in the UK, not bad!"
